Our stay at Villa La Nussa was amazing! The apartment we booked was spacious and cozy. We were able to arrange a later check in due to traffic and when we arrived our host had turned on the heating in the apartment which was very kind. They have a parking area for guests across the street so it was accessible and we could tell that there was a lot of love in maintaining the traditional charm of the facilities.
Surrounded by a spacious garden, Villaspino offers accommodations with free WiFi and panoramic views of the surrounding hills, 1.2 mi from Capolona and 20 minutes’ drive from Arezzo.

The place is just like a house of your friend. Rossana is very kind and trying to make you comfortable and happy. She asked us what do we like to eat for breakfast. A very silent and peaceful place. However, you need a car to visit Villaspino. It is from 5 minutes drive to the nearest village Capolona. In Capolona there is a very good restaurant for price/performance and variety of food. Our children spent very happy 3 days with lovely Giotto.

The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Just outside the main road easy to reach and hidden in a beautiful garden by the river Arno with a little beach that looks like the one from the 'Virgin of the rocks'. The house is clean and Cinzia Is and Amazing friendly host! And breakfast with very good local fresh fruit and croissant makes the perfect place to stay just outside Arezzo.
Definitely recommend;

Beautiful, tranquil place.
Beautiful, tranquil place. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very obliging staff and wonderful food. Great risk of putting on weight. Plenty of places of interest within a convenient distance, though a car is absolutely essential.

A little oasis tucked away near the town of Capolona. If you are looking for serenity in a beautiful setting, away from the noise and business of larger centres, this is the place. The countryside is breathtaking for its views and is dotted with small, thriving villages that seem to have been there since the beginning of time.
The houses were from the Medieval times. They were restored, traditionally decorated and the objects in the rooms were fascinating. Staying in such a historic place was a precious experience.
The owners of the hotel were very friendly, helpful, smiling and welcoming.
Thanks for the hospitality again.
