I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The staff truly made my stay exceptional with their friendliness and kindness.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who demonstrated great integrity. I accidentally left my diamond earring on the bed, and they not only found it but also placed it safely next to the bed. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and care.
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the staff were always quick to answer calls and promptly fulfilled any requests I had during my stay.

Loved the city. For someone who spent most of his life in New York City, I know about cities. Yes they have their quirks like any city but I’ll visit again.
So I have seen most of the stuff and traveling makes you experience different cultures, sights, cuisines, arts etc.
I have could if friends here so it helps but in 2 nights stay wasn’t enough, wanted to do more so I’ll save it for next time. Ciao ciao

Milan was very nice this time of year, enjoyed great food, but was surprised how difficult it was to order a taxi. No Bolt, no Uber, no Hopin, just local taxi's picking up people in the streets. Almost missed our La Scala performance when our hotel staff was unable to order the taxi for us and our phone apps did not work. The same with going home after the performance. We had to queu in the street and it was a little bit chaotic.

Very expensive, the tax is hilarious and not as much as I expected. There are a lot of huge tourists and, of course, you have to pay for everything. The truth is that we stopped because it was a flight stopover and next time I hope to stay in a nearby town.

For Duomo and art gallery advise to book online before your visit. For the last supper, online as soon as you can. Transport great, day trip to Bergamo on train and train/lake cruise to Bellagio on Lake Como excellent. Again booked online in advance skips long queues and disappointment. Monumental cemetery worth a visit. Many attractions shut on Mondays.

Milan is a beautiful and clean city. The Duomo Cathedral is stunning and highly recommend visiting. It is an easy city to navigate and all interesting areas are in walkable distances. The subway is easy to use and very efficient. Milan is a safe and relaxed place to spend a few days with many options of trips to other italien cities via train.

Enjoyed visiting the Duomo and also taking the 250 steps onto the terrace at the top, we did visit the museum and inside if the church but preferred the terrace for being able to see the stonework in more detail and also great views.
Also took the direct train to Lake Como and Turin on separate days and each took approx 1 hour, direct which were well worth the visit!
Lovely hotel situated just outside Milan centre, which made it ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre… Tram stop right outside and metro stop 5 min walk away which made it so easy to get to and from, wherever you are in the city once you figure out how to work them. Rooms lovely and spacious, very clean. Staff lovely and friendly, very helpful. And they have a lovely spa on the rooftop that needs booking but ideal for some downtime! All in all a lovely hotel which I’m glad I found!!!
The breakfast was great: Scrambled eggs was the only thing that was "missing" from a typical breakfast but everything else was there, the pastry was very tasty!
The room was very spacious with a great view at Porta Volta.
The hotel was from a walking distance (30' max) from Duomo and Castello Sforzesco, it's very close to city centre.
Don't forget to visit the Cimitero Monumentale di Milano north of the hotel, 5min walking distance, always with respect to the place and the locals.
The rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outside of the city centre but directly in front of the hotel is the bus stop of the 57, which runs every 8-10 minutes and brings you directly to the centre of Milano without changing. So you park the car in the hotel garage and you can go without any stress into the city centre, very convenient .
It was a very pleasant stay and certainly not the last one
The hotel has a modern feel to it and the room, though on the smaller side, was cozy, very clean and well-equipped. The staff throughout the stay were fantastic - friendly, helpful and professional. The location is decent as the hotel is close to both the city centre and the Garibaldi train station (15min walk to both), but it's not right in the middle of town. The gym area was great. In sum, it's a very good hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone stopping in Milan.
The location of Hotel Bristol is excellent. It is right next to Milan Central Train Station. There are metros, trams, buses nearby. Airport shuttle to MXP is conveniently located by the train station and runs every 10 to 15 minutes and it takes a little more than an hour to get to MXP. You can take the trains to various cities in Italy and other European destinations. Our excursion bus also leaves from the corner of the train station.
The hotel was much nicer for what I expected for one star and this price in Milan. I was also upgraded for free to a better room, so my gratitude to the staff. For the price and the service level I could not have wanted anything better. It was relatively quiet, very close to Milano Centrale railway station and the city centre, relatively quiet, with a good wifi network, and very pleasant staff. I would certainly stay there again.
Oh wow. I've been to Milano many times BUT this place is absolutely the BEST! the location is super centered with a lot of restaurants and bars that are open till late (which is a rare thing in Italy) the Apartment is big with a lot of space and the kitchen was fully equipped!
the host was very nice and available at any time!
so 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for me
Location: located in the heart of Milano, Italy, boasts a prime location just a 5-10 minutes' walk from the iconic Duomo. Situated amidst a bustling neighborhood teeming with shops, groceries, restaurants, and fast-food joints, it offers convenience and accessibility for daily needs.
Free wifi and clean rooms.
Clean apartment with more amenities than most rooms we rented in Italy. Small kitchen with hot pot was a big bonus! Great location for travel!!! Directly across the street from the main train station in Milan. Staff was helpful and friendly. This would have been an ideal spot to start our trip in Italy!
Absolutely a little gem in Milan. I traveled all over italy for 2 weeks and this was the best stay ever! It’s located a bit outside of the duomo zone but it was a nice walk and a shirt taxi ride back. The breakfast was better than a 5 star hotel and so was the service. Unbelievable value for the money.
Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is only a short walk from a large city park (Sempione Park) several restaurants, and one of the trolley/light rail stations. Staff was excellent, was always able to get us a Taxi within 5 minutes. Breakfast was one of the best we had while in Italy.
Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Design of the Hotel is beautiful and thought through with a very welcoming atmosphere. Great Breakfast options, as well as great connections to the city centre. Will 100% book again if I were to visit Milano once more. 😊
Very nice hotel in a calm neighborhood,
staff was nice and available 24/7.
5 minutes walk from the central station which is for me the greatest thing of it all! makes it really easy to travel around the city & all the northern part of italy.
Perfecto!
Best hotel breakfasts we have had in italy. The suites were bright modern and super comfortable. A really good location close to the Navigli and a short tram ride to the centre of Milan and the Duomo
Great espresso at breakfast and good free breakfast. Best location near duomo. Great price for room. Dated but its italy at its best. I would stay again. Eat at pizza place 2 blocks away from hotel
Nice quiet rooms, probably the most affordable hotel in Milan for what you get, perfect location between train station and city centre, hotel interior design was nice, good breakfast
Went unexpectedly due to injury to my back
Staff and hotel could not have been more accommodating
Highly recommend
Loved the art work thru out
