Sizable room. We had a quiet room facing an inner courtyard; they also gave us a single bed for our adult kid. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Happy hour was a bonus. Breakfast was very good (pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit, eggs, cold cuts) and run by a woman who kept everything impeccably clean. Location was great (despite street looking a little ‘shabby’ upon first view) w popular restaurants (w long lines to get in nightly) as well as others, and also 3 doors down from the famous Santa Maria Novella ‘pharmacy’ which enabled us to go in when there were no lines to get in. Super conveniently close to train station (6-min walk) and bus station.
