Luca is a very kind person. We had to check-in late and he was so helpful that even he escorted us from the train station and showed us our room. There was a setup for hot drinks in the room. The bed was so comfy and the room was very tidy and clean. It is near to Pontadera train station, about 10 min walking. Ticket to Florence costs €7 and to Pisa €2.5, therefore it is a good option to stay here and maybe visit the museum of Piaggio Vespa.
