Canado Club may technically belong to Marina di Castagneto...
Canado Club may technically belong to Marina di Castagneto Carducci, but it is not within walking distance. The place sits on the beach on its own, kind of half way between Marina di Castagneto Carducci and San Vincenzo. We appreciated the remote location, with miles of free beach on either side. But if you want to hang out in a town, it takes a few minutes by car. Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful old town on the hillside overlooking the coast, worth a visit, especially during sunset. There is plenty of parking. San Vincenzo is another option and right by the sea. Bolgheri (famous for wine, but expensive) is also quite close.

As far as i was concerned it was great everyone very helpful. yes it's an expensive hotel, 6 euro for a coke,but you would expect that. the service for breakfast was slow,but they are addressing that, you get your own sun bed x2 + chair+2 and umbrella on the beach for your duration of your stay. staff very helpful. would go again. it's mainly italians who stay there.

But the best about the place is the personnel. Every single person we met there was super friendly. And the greatest asset are the animators. Specially thanks to Francesca and her lovely colleague in the Baby place, who were so sweet with us. Also an impressive job from Linda, Gabrielle, Luca and others who put so much energy into entertaing kids.DanielaGermany
