The Hotel was amazing!! The receptionist was so kind and explain us everything. Our room was so clean and smelling so good! We have all the facilities we need in the room: A/C, TV, hair dryer,hot water, towels, amenities, mini bar, bed was so confortable and in your room you have security box. Also is close to the bus stop. They also offer breakfast but we didn’t take that because we leave so early in the morning.

the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. The host was quick to respond. The house is about 10-15 min walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of Florence. The area is also very nice. The AC worked great, temperature reached 36 C during our stay, but it was nice and cool inside the house. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, it felt very authentic to the region.

Giada is an amazing host, she showed us through the apartment and waited for us when our train was delayed! The apartment is fully equipped, full of light and everything you need! The tram into the city was frequent and easy, and the neighbourhood itself was one of the highlights of Florence for us! There was a lovely farmers market on Saturday - we would definitely come back!
