Beautiful location on an operating organic hazelnut farm that has been within the family for generations. There is a spectacular view of both mount Etna and the Mediterranean Sea, which is very unique. The environment is serene and very soothing, with plenty of company from a posse of friendly farm animals. We found the room very authentic, comfortable, and cozy. Our experience was made very special by the lovely family who run the place. They were kind and passionate people who were generous with their time, showing us around the property and telling us about its history. We loved the homemade breakfast too. The hazelnut products were the best we’ve tasted. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Zash, room was beautiful and very modern and unique which is why I booked at Zash. The setting is beautiful with orange orchard surrounding the hotel and our room. Pool is very nice also. Make a point to eat at the restaurant, the food was excellent! The free breakfast is delicious too, no surprise as it is coming out of a michelin star kitchen.

Great breakfast for a very affordable price. Owners were friendly and allowed us to check-in early. Convenient location for exploring the Mount Etna area. Dined at the hotel the night of our stay, and food and wine was very good. Room was basic but clean.

A very nice hotel just off a main road in Giarre. I was visiting cousins in the area and this hotel was very convenient for them to meet me. A very beautiful restoration of an old farmhouse. Great views of Etna in the distance. The grounds are very park-like and there is plenty of free parking. The dinner restaurant on the hotel property was great. Although there was an additional charge, breakfast was very good and well worth it.
