Upon check-in, Ida was very warm and accommodating. Service was exceptional. She even upgraded us to a big family room with 2 balconies and a sea view. Totally unexpected. It was such a pleasant surprise! It was spotless clean, breathtaking view of the ocean and big selection of breakfast. It was like a home away from home. Great job Ida and the rest of the team. The hotel is located very close to the beach as well as cafés and restaurants. There is a bus station right outside that takes you to either the direction of Salerno or Amalfi, Positano, Sorrent etc. Alternatively, you can walk to the port within 7 minutes to take a ferry that takes you to all the places you would like to visit including Capri Island. We loved the rooftop terrace that overlooks the sea and the promenade. The staff is very friendly and always available.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! We were so blown away during our stay! The hotel sits far above the other buildings on the cliff and the views are unbelievable! The service was great and I really felt taken care of during our trip. It’s definitely a 5 star hotel in every way! And breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is ADORABLE! Our room was BEAUTIFUL! The colors were amazing from the walls to the floor tiles. The balcony was gorgeous and the view was truly breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect and a short 5 minute walk into Maiori. We decided to just park with the hotel's valet and it was $20 day- not bad at all. The breakfast had so many options and was wonderful! I wish we would have had more time to spend here but the time we did have was incredible. We basically LIVED on our balcony because the view was just THAT amazing. It's also about an hour drive away from Positano (which I knew when booking) and we didn't mind!

Beautiful little town to explore. Excellent restaurants and a few shops. We did the lemon trail and the castle hike and a kayak adventure all in Māori. And not so crazy busy as other centres on the Amalfi coast.

Nice resort, bigger than anticipated with excellent links to ferries to move around the Amalfi coast and book day trips, plus being on the iconic coastal road. Good, long beach, mixture of sand and pebbles but in May not hard to find a decent spot. Plenty of Lido bars/sunbeds/parasols to pick from. Nice bars and restaurants too throughout the resort. Take the Path of the Lemons and see the donkeys doing their thing. Only downside is if you have a rental car, the parking is a nightmare. We used a private parking company (Aldo) linked to our accommodation; cost us 75 euros for 5 days, but it was worth every cent. Otherwise it would have been a real headache and we weren't even there in high season. Get there by public transport if you can.

Māori does not have much to offer apart from ferry and bus...
Māori does not have much to offer apart from ferry and bus access to other areas. The hotel is not called the same anymore and is not easy to find despite asking locals. There is no signage at the moment. Eat away from the sea front as cheaper and better food.
The apartament is centered located in Maiori.
Very clean, big room, comfy bed and we had lovely breakfast on the terrace every morning. The breakfast was quite variated and we could chose bettween coffe, tea, dolce or ham and cheese. Also a supermarket is located downstairs.
It offers parking facilities in a safety place, o think is the family garage, which is a big plus.
The bus station and the beach is only 1, 2 minutes away.
The area is not noisy, we had a relaxing and good time.
I totally recomand this accomodation on the Amalfi coast.
View, room, breakfast and staff were excellent. The hotel is on the cliff so to get to the beach you must descend. One of the private beaches requires descending (& the return climb up) about 75 steps of uneven stone to get to and from the beach. If weddings are being held at the hotel, the pool is unavailable for the day. The shuttle bus is very helpful for a nominal charge to drive into the center of Maiori or to go to Minori and the staff go out of there way to accommodate guests.
Very respectable hotel - complete facilities with living room / kitchenette, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balcony - clean and very good location half block from the beach. Staff had very good communication with me before the checkin, and they were very helpful and accommodating during & after the checkout. We were very appreciative of the parking space. Definitely a very good, practical base to explore the Amalfi Coast.
We loved the location, it is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, bus stop, ferry and is well situated to easily get to other towns on the Amalfi coast. The hotel is super clean, they clean the rooms daily, the continental breakfast is delicious, the view of the sea from the rooftop terrace is amazing and the hosts are friendly, gracious and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this B &B.
Very romantic location overlooking Maiori, with a splendid view. Stairs, tiny streets, the 225 steps is a part of the experience and total immersion in a genuine village of the south of Italy.
The person in charge of the checking and assisting us was irreproachable, and always ready. It is a perfect place to stay with four people, ideally 2 couples (2 double rooms, each with a bathroom)
Super location 10 min to the beach, restaurant , ferry.
Felicio was very helpful with all info and even helping with booking the train .
I was so glad i found this place . Maiori is a quiet small city with beautiful beaches far from crowded streets like in Amalfi .
I will highly recommend it this place and city to stay and visit Amalfi coast by ferry ./Renata from Poland /
The apartment had great amenities, which were much appreciated after staying in various hotels across Italy. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in so many ways. The attention to detail was amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, one block from the beach and many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Perfekt location if you want to go to the beach, for shopping or visit restaurants. If you want to visit a whole Amalfi coast, Maiori and Hotel Riviera is just perfekt choice. I can only recommend this hotel and place for a pleasant stay. The staff is gentle and they give as a parking for our Vespa! :)
The view from roof top is magnificent.
Opened in 2021 - everything is new. Really comfortable bed. Right the oposite to the building good restaurant is located. Host available in what's up to answer all our questions and was very helpful. Maioiri and this rooms are great place to start explore Amalfi coast. Excellent value for money.
Amazing setting! Nestled in a cliffside, this hotel is truly one of a kind. It is small, but the staff are so helpful and friendly. They provide shuttle services into Maiori and connections for parking in town and accessing the beach. The breakfast was lovely. Overall, a wonderful stay!
Liked · the room, the staff, the breakfast, the view, everything!! Just perfect. Maiori is the best place to stay on the amalfi coast if you dont want to deal with the busy Positano or Amalfi.... we were with some friends they were very happy about this too. recommand!
Very nice host Katia, beautiful house in city center and terrace in Italian style! 48 steps was easy to get for us, it’s like house on third floor not so problematic! Majority houses in Amalfi Coast are more upper it’s something normal for this region! Recommend 100%!
Everything was perfect. Location is good, on quiet street, with wonderful view to the mountains, 15 min walk to the beach and center of Maiori. Inside it is modern, look like new, and very clean. Maiori is good place to stay and travel along the Amalfi coast.
Carmen was the nicest lady I've ever met. She helped us to find some great reataurants, things to do and was making an delicious breakfast for us. She was social and loved to have a talk with us.
Definitely the best stay during our time here in Italy.
Our host Anna was pretty nice. She ensured that our stay went smoothly. She also was kind enough to share us tips regarding local travel and moving across Italy. One of the staff also offered us an umbrella on a rainy day.
Beautiful view, exceptional service, lovely accommodations and the best sleep I have had on my entire trip to Italy! Views on the terrace during breakfast are breathtaking. Antonio is world class.
The views are everything here! We loved our balcony, and the hot tub on our private terrace after a day of sightseeing and hiking the Amalfi coast was lovely.
