Parma is a charming city which is not too big and one can therefore explore most of it on foot. It has historic buildings and fine museums. There are also nice parks and a river. It is a good base to visit its surroundings.
Room was simple but very comfortable. The STAR ATTRACTION HERE IS THE PARMESAN RESTAURANT. . By FAR the best dinner we had in Parma. EXCELLENT food and skilled old fashioned wonderful service
Angela at the odd reception desk (looked like internet station for guests) was very helpful and very nice and spoke the best english at the desk. The other stars of this hotel was Elise who had a great knowledge of wine and the Maitre d’hotel in the parmesan restaurant.
Very regularly I am travelling to Parma for my work at EFSA and hotel Brenta is my favorite hotel. My stay now was the first one with the new staff. They give the rooms a nice new painting; the floors are also renewed and feels warmer. The system for getting in during the night is working perfectly; the Wifi is also working well; the staff is very friendly; the breakfast is perfect. So from my side, I will stay in Brenta whenever I will travel to Parma.
We stopped in Parma to break our trip back to Zurich and discover this cultural city. the hotel is in the center of Parma. they were so kind to communicate in advance were the parking facilities are. It is very clean and Tommaso welcomed us by explaining everything about the facility.
Breakfast was excellent and the girl helping us, nice and very motivated. We liked the charme of the building dated 1903. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was conveniently located for the main sights of Parma and only a short walk from the station. Simple but modern and effective room. Particularly appreciated was the quiet air conditioning which we used as our room overlooked a busy road with deliveries and street cleaning during the night. The breakfast buffet was very good and constantly replenished. The hotel was run by a very pleasant and helpful couple.
The Century Hotel was great. We drove into Parma and were given specific directions on how to arrive avoiding the ZTL zones. The staff at the desk and at breakfast were great and welcoming. We had a car that was parked securely in their garage. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet but could hear the people in the room above us walking around at 4:30 in the morning. The breakfast was superb.
I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.
This property is well located for an easy walk to the main tourist areas of Parma (don't miss the Pilotta). Breakfast was good for this level of hotel. If you have a car be sure to book one of their parking spaces, or you have to change getting one either in front of the hotel or nearby. Not an easy feat in Parma.
Boutique hotel right in the centre of Parma, in a beautiful historic building but with a modern interior and facilities. Easy drive to the hotel with their instruction to drop off luggage and use their valet parking service.
Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Beautiful room with good facilities Outside balcony was a plus. Breakfast was very good and the best we've had touring France and Italy for 2 weeks. Excellent value at only 5 euros !
The hotel is very close to the highway. You don't have restaurants nearby but it was not an issue for us as we had breakfast included. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
It's perfect for a one night stay
Charming apartment, comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect and gives you quick access to sites, restaurants and lovely walking areas! Luigi, thank you so much for your kindness and lovely stay in Parma!
Breakfast was nice. Wide choice of food and owner was very guest friendly.
Location was wonderful, close to Parma and the beginning of the Appenines mountains.
House had a wonderful garden.
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Parma. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall an excellent choice.
A lovely boutique hotel right in the center of Parma. Perfect for a short break, close to all sights and some fantastic restaurants.
Staff very helpful and friendly
