Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. The host was quick to respond. The house is about 10-15 min walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of Florence. The area is also very nice. The AC worked great, temperature reached 36 C during our stay, but it was nice and cool inside the house. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, it felt very authentic to the region.

The tram takes you to city center in about 20 minutes. The house was spic and span. Dario has undertaken great measures to keep each and every item spotless. We have never seen such a clean and fresh smelling bnb/hotel room. Kudos!
