When we got there, things were a bit cool. Somehow they didn't expect us. And our bad Italian (and their non-existent English) didn't warm things up. But little by little, the woman softened and by the time we got to our room, we were laughing and joking. Our room was fine after we killed the mosquitoes that were in there and turned on the AC. We had an incredible private veranda that overlooked Vesuvius and Naples. The BEST thing about this place is the restaurant--absolutely amazing on every front. AND--you really can't beat $60/night for two people!
