Room was clean, spacious and nice. Location of place was good - near various eateries and close enough to central Kuala Lumpur. Traffic was a bit busy to get to hotel at most times of the day though. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. This is a really good option for those considering a good place to stay whilst in Kuala Lumpur.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Else Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even guiding us to our ride and accompanying us with umbrellas when it was raining. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay special.
The breakfast at Else Hotel was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and even featured a Dyson hairdryer, which was a lovely touch.
One of the highlights of our stay was how the hotel celebrated my birthday. They surprised us with a charming decoration and a delicious birthday cake, which made the occasion even more memorable.
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Else Hotel for an outstanding experience. The exceptional service, delightful amenities, and personal touches truly set it apart. Thank you, Else Hotel, for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed in Bukit Bintang area which seemed to be a tourist area, so lots of street foods, restaurants, souvenir shops, malls, massage and spa business. The Pavilion Mall was a popular recommendation from locals, just a Mall with brand name shops. Also, the Berjaya Times Square and The Exchange are other popular Malls.
I didn't have any favorite restaurant or place because I was experiencing things as they are, and not trying to judge or compare. The general experience was great, and I would probably visit again in the future.
Prices are affordable, the locals were friendly and helpful. Generally most people speak or understand English, so it is easy to get around. The exchange rate was similar across bureaus so we did not have to compare much. Just make a pick of where to change your money.
The hop-on hop-off bus is a good way to see the city by day, and then the City of Lights tour by night.
There seemed to be lots of vehicle traffic, so plan your time well in
advance if you intend to use taxi or travel by car. For instance, it took our taxi driver a hour to get to us, when normally it would only take 2-10 minutes! Luckily we had booked the taxi for hours ahead of our flight, so we had lots of time...
I got the sense that KL is set up as a tourist city and so be ready to do tourist stuff :-)
Terima kasih!

Everything is expensive and there's traffic congestion in most places. A high level of patience is needed when entering KL. To all travelers, I salute you for being able to walk in KL. Even in the heat, you endure it.

KL is a beautiful city rich in history with a beautiful mix of people across Asia. There are many things to see in KL and I wish I had stayed longer to see more! The food is amazing, and you’ll have no trouble finding somewhere to eat in KL, and many people will try to help you if you need directions. Malay is definitely not a language I know, so I was grateful many people understood English. Do be aware that the city can get very warm and humid, so make sure you’re hydrated. Using Grab is the best way around the city and felt very safe using it. You might have random thunder and rain but they are short lived ( it is after all a tropical country). There are many food markets to go to as well.
Service - Mr Felix was excellent. The check in and check out was smooth. Welcome entree brownies was amazing
Room - Hardly get connected room in many hotels in KL. But Ritz Carlton is giving the best option to
those parents who travelling with kids. The pillows and bed was comfortable. Love the rain shower and toiletteries set
Location - 5 minutes walking distance to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang. A bit traffic to access to hotel during rush hour
By far was the best luxury 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Looking forward to come again
1.The hotel was next to monorail station, thus it was super easy for us to travel and explore the city.
2.The room was super clean, has great view of KLCC especially at night. The room gave us a relief feeling whenever we came back from long day outing
3.KLCC, Starbucks, convenient stores(7-11, MyNews, CU), Mc Donalds are walking distance between 10- 15 minutes
4.Concorde KL maybe one of the oldest hotel in the city but it certainly on the same par with other 4- 5 stars hotel.
5.Buffet breakfast was excellent!
Very clean, replenished water/coffee daily. Toothbrush is provided (seems to be important for some Asian travellers). Had a small gym on 5th floor. Spacious rooftop accessible. Small rooms but great property for a short stay. Centrally located next to KL Sentral Station (Bricksfield/Little India). Big shopping mall opposite the hotel. We had to leave early to get to the airport so it was very convenient. Small breakfast is a choice of 6 set menus.
The hotel reception is based in 41st Floor, which is unusual, but we got familiar from the 2nd day of stay. The staff are friendly and very efficient. We came across a reception staff, probable Aziz or Asif, such a friendly guy helped us out of the way, who helped in booking a suitable vehicle to the Airport in very early morning.
The hotel is generous in facilitating with free nibbles, coffee machine every floors, very helpful. We may stay in
The room was huge and clean, eventho they are a budget hotel but their service is superb and the room is super nice like 4 and 5 star hotel. very convinience place and there is a lot of mamak’s restaurant and store nearby and the best part is the hotel is nearby NU shopping mall and monorail station is just next to the Hotel and suprisely no noisy at all..I love it and this hotel will be my first choice if I have a trip to KL.
This is probably the best budget hotel in KL Sentral area. The surroundings were quite lively and noisy but the soundproofing of the room was quite good, I could sleep in peace.
One thing that I would like to comment was the exceptional services from the staff. All of the front desk staffs were very accommodating and friendly which made me feel safe. They were also attentive towards the guests.
The hotel is spacious for a budget hotel. There is no TV, but there is no problem because now the internet is more important than TV. parking is easy and plentiful. only the halal food places are a bit far to walk. Bukit Bintang and Jalan Pudu can be walked. There are no employees if you want to check out early, but if there is no problem, the deposit will be transferred to your account
unique blend of Japanese Asian cuisines more like buffet dinner at 5 star Hotels like Hilton Shangri La . heavy weight Breakfasts (free with Genius reviewer) .One can relax in live piano session in English colonial styled restaurant with Hainan chicken ,english afternoon high tea immersing in bygone era of of 1950s.
The location of this hotel is surely a plus. Nearby to the mall, supermarket, laundry and restaurants. It's a very old building but made into a hotel, the room is basic and a good place for short stays if your hunting for the main attraction surrounding the Bukit bintang area
A brand new 5 stars hotel with perfect location and very nice helpful staff. Room was big with amazing city view from the 7th floor. Thanks a lot and I really liked your welcome & hospitality. Special thanks to Artiqa, reception and restaurant staff.
Traders is a wonderful hotel. very accommodating, we requested a smoking room late in the booking and were accommodated on a smoking floor. the room was cleaned each day while we were out, even on days when we were only out momentarily.
My stay at Melange Boutique Hotel Bukit Bintang was exceptional due to the amazing staff! Both Akram and Vicky provided the best customer care possible. They were extremely helpful, informative and kind.
I like the view from the window which was the twin towers. It was like you're staying in a 5 stars hotel from its view. The pool is also available even for those who are paying cheaper rent.
Good location in Bukit Bintang, clean hotel, parking was for free. Appreciate the shift manager Ms. Suzan for her cooperation and problem solving attitude.
