Looks can be deceiving 😆 I booked the triple room, from the photo depicted room looks spacious and beds for triple is big. When we got to our room we had a queen bed and a single bed.
Space in the room is limited for a three person as we had our own luggage and had to only open our luggage one at a time. But not an issue for us as we’ve been to smaller cramped room before so we can manage.
Location is the best! Walking distance to shopping area in Bugis Street, Bugis Junction, Sim Lim tower and Sim Lim Square. And the Bencoolen Station is just right under! For Muslim, the mosque is just across the hotel, so no problem with the small space in the room, can always walk across to perform prayers.
The staff are all helpful. From the receiptionists to the concierge and even the bellboy.
I’d stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Singapore!

Clean, compact and compelling, Singapore seamlessly combines the best of Asia. Different cultures and cuisines live side by side, while maintaining their own identity.
Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is cheap and delicious dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. Wander past the pastel-painted facades of Malay-dominated Geylang Seari for a taste of days gone by, then stop off at the Colonial-style Raffles Hotel, birthplace of the Singapore Sling cocktail.
For a retreat from the hustle and bustle, take the cable car to the sandy beaches of Sentosa, an island just south of the city center. Also here is Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park brimming with the magic of the movies.
As you’d expect from the host of the world’s only Formula 1 night race, once night falls, Singapore is still very much alive. Its Night Safari is a zoo providing the rare chance to see nocturnal animals going about their business.
Although small enough to see on foot, Singapore has an efficient public transport system which extends as far as Singapore Changi Airport. With a choice of Singapore accommodations ranging from budget hostels to luxury hotels, Booking.com is bound to have the right choice for your holiday.
The location was great for food needs. For the price it was adequate n there was space enough for small luggage. Cleanliness was very good. The mrt train is just across from the hotel. Overall amenities were satisfactory.

This is a beautiful place & is super clean. The people are very friendly & lovely. I had a good chat with everyone I met. They’ll take out their time to assist foreigners. And they are so honest.
The food is amazing! I just wanted to try all the dishes that was available.
The tourist spots for recreation is well worth the visit. Great for family, kids, or just a quiet time for yourself. It’s worth every penny spent.
Shopping is great. I loved it.

Was a little on the expensive side but there obviously were cheap options for those on a tight budget.

Singapore is great as a stopover destination.
Singapore is great as a stopover destination. Great food lots of fun places to visit from Zoo to beaches to bird park to Chinatown and Little India. And it’s safe and has fabulous transport system. Probably not the cheapest place to shop but other than that it’s a fun place to visit alone or with family. Its tropical climate may be hot for some people but there are plenty of air conditioned options too!

What I liked the most was navigating around and tranportion system. Excellent! Public transport 3 day pass was very helpful. Refund of transport pass deposit and GST refund was very efficient and easy. I should congratulate Government and the respective departments for that. Singapore is conducive to walk (good footpaths, Covered walkways…) which I liked. I liked Garden by the bay very much. Overall a very good experience. This is my 2nd visit and would like come again.

Location is very convenient to Chinatown stop of Singapore...
Location is very convenient to Chinatown stop of Singapore MRT (stop DT 19 of Blue line; stop NE 4 of Purple line). After carding out, head toward Exit A. Take the escalator up (one level) and make a U-turn, the sidewalk is New Bridge Street. Right turn, Mosque St. is about 1/2 block away. Another right turn, hotel is less than 1/2 way down the block.
The room is small but very well designed and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling window was my favorite thing as the view was nice and the room had great sunlight (very rare in hotels in Singapore). The bed is big, clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned meticulously every day and fresh towels, clean bathroom rug and sheets were replaced. The location is excellent with the two main subway lines and a dozen bus lines minutes away. The reception team is nice, friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff is polite and considerate.
No breakfast included. in fact, there was not a restaurant on the property. It is mostly a large office building with long-term residence and only a few floors devoted to the hotel. However, 50 feet away from the entrance was a hawkers pavilion with fabulous local food from multiple stalls at ridiculously cheap prices. Even if there were a restaurant, I would recommend going to the hawkers stalls instead!
Also, there was a laundromat on the ninth floor which was super convenient.
Location is excellent. It is right in the heart of Singapore. It's about 5 min walk to bus stops on 2 main roads and 10 min walk to Bugis train station. The capsules are comfortable enough with international electrical socket, 2 bed lights, a rack and a bag. Similarly to other capsule hotels, it really depends on your luck. I was lucky to stay with considerate fellow guests although the snoring issue was unavoidable. Staffs were welcoming and happy to show me the way.
Simple hotel in red light district. Bad comfy - room is small but that is cheapest place in Singapore. So for cheapest that is quite good. Toilet is clean and small - but also acceptable. Very good staff (funny, helpful, smart - many 4* hotels wish to have such service). It sounds funny but it was the best natural people in the hotels in Signapore ....for long time! Many good foody places around, small grocery across the road. Bus stops 5min walk.
A beautiful hotel in a great location for seeing Singapore! Very clean and comfortable with a great view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows in our room. Spacious bathrooms and a powerful shower. The location could not be beat; this is a perfect headquarters to explore all of Singapore, to include Gardens By the Bay and other popular spots. The buffet breakfast should not be missed.
Location is good. Cheap compare to other hotels in Singapore. They also let us leave our luggages even after checkout. They also replenish the coffee and towels everyday. If you are planning to use Grab/zig as mode of transportarion, this the best spot as it is at the center of the attractions. Water pressure is also good with hot/cold options. 7 11 everywhere too.
Rooms are small but fine if you’re not carrying a ton of luggage. Bathrooms are tiny, but I’ve stayed in expensive “boutique” hotels in Europe that are the same. The building is quite new, so everything was in good condition. The location is great for experiencing a funkier, less gleaming side of Singapore, with tons of street side restaurants a minute’s walk away.
The amazing pools and how family friendly the hotel is. From check in to the day we left, service from all staff was warm and friendly. The room that we booked weren’t available, hotel offered complimentary breakfast and late checkout. Not many hotels in Singapore provides bidet in their toilets, the Toto Bidet made the stay even more awesome.
It’s a newly renovated hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many Indian restaurants around the hotel which are open 24/7.
Room was pretty compact just like many other budget friendly hotels in Singapore. But it had all the facilities needed for the stay (mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer etc)
I booked this hotel once arrived in Singapore for transit, not expect much but surprisingly room is spacious than any other Ibis hotel ussually. Front office staff was friendly and hotel surround some restaurant and convenience store made this short stay is perfect!
Loved the location so close to the MRT and being able to get anywhere quickly in singapore.
The pool was also a hit I have stayed in hotels in singapore before where the pool was freezing this one was a great temperature and perfect for a hot day
Front office lady is super nice and helpful, we arrived at hotel around 8:00 AM from 13 hours flight with no sleep at all, checking in usually at 1 PM, she offer us room at minimal charges, of course we grab it, tks.
This is one of the older hotels in Singapore. It's in a quiet neighborhood and still in walking distance from Orchard Rd
They had an attractive discount offer that made it very good value for money.
Good spot for one night in Singapore due to location between the city and the airport. Very clean and fairly priced compared to most hotels in the area.
