The gentleman at reception desk that provided me with my room was beyond exceptional! I only wish that I could remember his name to let his superior chain of command how much of an asset he is to Marina Bay Sands! He was a young Indian man who diligently worked to provide me the best accommodations possible and he hit a home run with me! My room was beyond fantastic and made my short trip one of the best vacations ever!

Clean, compact and compelling, Singapore seamlessly combines the best of Asia. Different cultures and cuisines live side by side, while maintaining their own identity.
Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is cheap and delicious dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. Wander past the pastel-painted facades of Malay-dominated Geylang Seari for a taste of days gone by, then stop off at the Colonial-style Raffles Hotel, birthplace of the Singapore Sling cocktail.
For a retreat from the hustle and bustle, take the cable car to the sandy beaches of Sentosa, an island just south of the city center. Also here is Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park brimming with the magic of the movies.

Located close to Metro, and in walking distance from Merlion...
Located close to Metro, and in walking distance from Merlion and Marina Bay Sands. The staff were really helpful and available 24/7. Loved the Water garden at Marina Bay Sands. Loved the Marina Bay Sands Mall, the Rooftop restaurant, the Apple Store shaped like a glass apple floating on the marina. Loved the cleanliness of food halls and that smoking is in seperate areas. The fruits were fresh and sweet. We had a bit of trouble getting tickets on the trains with our NZ Mastercard. If we had more time we would have worked it out and travelled to Sentosa or other places. Wed probably stay closer to the marina next time and in a bigger hotel. It was a bit small for us. Otherwise had a great time in Sinagapore.

Singapore offers so much, lots to do and see.
Singapore offers so much, lots to do and see. The Metro is clean, easy to use and cheap to get around. The city is clean and the people are so friendly! When-ever we got lost we just asked someone and every person was helpful and courteous. It gave us such a good feeling about Singapore. The hawker markets are so cheap and easy to find something we wanted to eat, the food delicious, we wished we had eaten there more but had restaurants booked. The food choice is amazing in Singapore. We stayed in Chinatown and just loved walking around our hotel, absorbing the feel and character of the neighbourhood.

As a world traveler, I rate Singapore as one of the top cities in the world to visit. At the top of the list is eating and dining. Whether at hawker stalls- yes, they are rated by health ministry- or Michelin star restaurants, you will find everything you can ask for. The transit system is the best in the world. The city is exceptionally clean and safe. There are great museums, fantastic architecture and sites.
I recommend finding a tour guide for at least a half day to best understand this marvelous contemporary city and its history, food and people.

As a solo traveller I feel very safe wondering around. The Hawker Food centres are fantastic, you can eat somewhere different every night at a very reasonable price. Singapore is a terrific 1st introduction to South East Asia, so much culture yet never overwhelming.

We loved Singapore. It's so clean and we always felt safe.
We loved Singapore. It's so clean and we always felt safe. Public transport worked like a charm. (We live in Hamburg / Frankfurt, so we know what we are going through with German public transport). Singapore's citizen are friendly and welcoming. We often had the chance to chat while we were waiting for the bus or riding the bus, and we loved to hear about Singaporian day-to-day life. During our 10 days stay we had the chance to see and do a lot without being under too much pressure due to lack of time. We went there during Chinese New Year, which was lovely, but you have to bear in mind that during that time many smaller establishments might be closed.

Singapore is a clean, vibrant location worthy of a visit.
Singapore is a clean, vibrant location worthy of a visit. The people are extremely friendly and helpful and getting around is very easy. It can be oppressively hot, however all buildings we visited were air conditioned and that eases the heat very quickly.
I eont understand the bad reviews and was very hesitant to book this place. I only booked one night to find out but regretted that it was booked out the other day. I stayed at 3 other hotels in the area and this is my favourite in terms of budget and value for money.
Staff was cety friendly. Clean bathroom and room, no humidity or smell, good Internet. Modern furniture, decent bed and little Snack Bar. I will definitely book this place again and after multiple times in Singapore I finally found a budget hotel option to stay longer. Thanks.
It was clean and spacious. I have stayed in very expensive hotels in Singapore where there was no room for suitcases or the bathroom was tiny. This hotel was spacious and we were surprised to find that it wasn’t expensive and yet it was of a high standard. As we were in transit for one night the convenience of one stop on the MRT from the airport was excellent and a 3 min walk from the station.
There were lots of food outlets next door and so we could find places to eat without traveling anywhere.
Hotel was basic but great for what we paid, we used it as a stop over between flights and having stayed in Singapore earlier during the holiday this hotel is a little bit far from main attractions but looked like it had lots of local restaurants to try. The bed was quite hard and personally I don’t think I could have taken it for more than one night but for the price, if you are looking for a basic room in Singapore this does the trick!
The hotel turned out to be beyond my expectations! Everything was just amazing. Excellent location gives you the opportunity to explore city center, if you plan to use the metro you can find the station just one minute walk away. Also I want to mention how comfortable and soft the pillows and bed were. 😊 I’ll definitely stay there again when I visit Singapore next time.
No breakfast included but a mini kitchen allowing customers to prepare their own food.
The location is perfect to start discovering the city.
All equipements are included in a small space (like most hotels in Singapore), including an iron.
Everything very clean but no cleaning service is included unless the stay is longer than one week
Modern and clean room. Facilities are great. Hot water and A/C worked well. Toilet also got a bidet, which is quite rare in Singapore. Please keep this to your hotel, it is one of the reasons why I choose here. Everything was good as I expected. Friendly and helpful staffs. Plus cute tabby cat in front of the hotel :)
The Clan Hotel is a new hotel right in the middle of China Town. It is a great area for going out but also close to sights you might want to see, or many offices. The rooms are small but very well designed so that they have a cozy feeling. The rooftop pool is spectacular.
I booked this hotel once arrived in Singapore for transit, not expect much but surprisingly room is spacious than any other Ibis hotel ussually. Front office staff was friendly and hotel surround some restaurant and convenience store made this short stay is perfect!
Our stay was okay, room was good and staff was helpful. The only comcern I had is the location of the hotel which was poor. Our stay in Singapore was for 3 days so time passed but if i had more days, i would have stayed somewhere else.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, good value for money in comparison to other hotels in Singapore where the prices are extortionate. Close to metros for getting around the city and close to good malls with food halls etc.
The room is quite small but comfortable. The hotel is located next to a bus station and MRT station, which is convenient. It’s within a walking distance to Clarke Quay, Bugis, and Downtown, which are full of shops and offices.
everything worked and the rooms were decent for the price I paid, comparing it to other hotels in Singapore.
the location is good, close to shopping centers and restaurants and cafes.
Clean. modern and comfortable. Bit expensive but most hotels in Singapore are on the pricy side. The room was well appointed and modern. Good breakfast
