Beautiful Southwestern style. Wood burning fires in all the common areas. Perfectly located just steps away from the main plaza. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. Great gym! The staff is helpful and kind. My husband fell ill and the gentleman in the front of the restaurant ran out in search of bananas for us when he couldn’t find any in his kitchen. We were very well taken care of during our stay.

I love Santa Fe. A lot to see on the Plaza. A lot of culture and things to see in the region. Be mindful that it is at a higher elevation. It is cool in the summer and a lot colder than you would think at that latitude in the winter time. Come prepared.

I think Santa Fe one of the most beautiful little cities in the world. It has everything! Friendly souls, good shopping, history, beautiful climate, walkability, variety of places to eat, beautiful countryside and just an intelligence which I find difficult to define; just people in touch with their environment. The hotel is located right in downtown about 5 minutes walk from the main plaza square with access to restaurants downtown but also a 10 minute walk from the railyard arts district. You really don't need a car if you're staying here to visit Santa Fe unless you're going to Meow Wolf or hiking at nearby trails. The staff are incredibly courteous and accommodating in providing recommendations as well as reservations for restaurants. The room is comfortably appointed with the usual bottled water, fridge, and amenities.

Maria is the best . At reception she made me feel welcome at home and really goes out of her way to assist guests and is really a sweet person. All staff was wonderful and friendly. Only one old lady at reception was purposely being snobbish but then in US even luxury hotels have staff that are unknowingly racist unlike in Europe. Well I am a Asian Indian & female:) Overall the best hotel in Santa Fe with a lovely restaurant and I feel like already going back !

Cozy, nicely decorated room in the local style. Very friendly staff which made it feel like a temporary home, not an anonymous hotel chain. Many good restaurants in 10 min walking distance. The first time in a long time that I saw water-based heating that doesn't make noise at night (like the typical air-blowing heaters in 99% of hotel rooms). Totally recommend to stay there if you are planning to explore Santa Fe and surroundings!

The included breakfast buffet offers delicious hot New Mexico specialities along with a variety of cold choices, the dinner menu is a bit limited, but the food is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I'll definitely stay here again on future visits to Santa Fe.

First, let me say the construction of the desk, sinks, etc. were the finest I have ever seen in a hotel. They were museum quality, hand crafted and made using wooden nails. Very impressive. The breakfast was the finest I’ve had in this country. The artwork everywhere was amazing. This is not a cookie cutter hotel. If you need a place to stay in Santa Fe, I would highly recommend this one,

We love staying St. Francis on our trips through Santa Fe. The hotel has an old world charm throughout the building.
