The room was very comfortable - with a small kitchenette, and nice window overlooking the park, and a small table to set up your laptop or tablet, or eat. We were just around the corner at one end of Main Street, and 2 blocks from one of my favorite restaurants, Baxter's. Getting in and out of Hyannis from the hotel was very easy. It didn't look like there was room for all the parking for the hotel, but we never had trouble finding a space no matter when we returned, and this was during the July 4th holiday. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Grew up on the cape and this is a blast from the past. modern tvs tho. Extremely clean and great staff. Budget friendly - only thing to be away is no ACs but i’ve been there on 90 degree days and it’s gets cold at night and lets be real we aren’t on the cape to hang out in our rooms. Skipped chowder house nextdoor is top tier too.

The location is ideal for exploring Mid-Cape—close to attractions, restaurants, and a shopping plaza. While the exterior of the hotel looks rundown and poorly maintained, the room itself was a pleasant surprise: clean, modern, and fully updated. We stayed in a loft-style suite that featured a kitchenette, a comfortable sitting area, and an upstairs loft with two queen beds, a table, and a dresser. The room was non-smoking and equipped with both a wall AC unit and a portable AC, which kept it cool and comfortable. The kitchenette came with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, plates—though no stove. A hot plate or electric cooktop would’ve been a great addition. The pool was unfortunately out of service and, according to the staff, permanently closed. A water filling station near the ice machine would also be a nice touch. Despite some downsides, I was completely satisfied with the room’s cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. For a last-minute summer stay on the Cape, this place offers solid value. Don’t let the exterior fool you—what’s inside is what counts

All Seasons Resort is a moderately priced resort, easily accessible to the Yarmouth area and centrally located to most of the Cape. It have been fully renovated within the last two years. The rooms are well maintained and roomy. The beds are comfortable. (The only downside were the pillows, especially on a King Size bed. Small and not so comfortable) The resort features a buffet/continental breakfast (which is included in the price.) The pool area sets it apart from many of the hotels on the Cape in that it is secluded at the rear of the property and not along the roadway or parking areas. The pool is well maintained and provides both sun and shaded areas. There is also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The staff are very friendly and professional. The pre-check-in process is great. Choose from a second floor room with a balcony or first floor with a small sitting area and direct access to the pool.

    We had a great week photographing birds, beaches,...

    We had a great week photographing birds, beaches, lighthouses, and landscapes. We visited Provincetown to Falmouth and towns in between. We even ventured out to Rhode Is. and Connecticut from our centrally located rental home. Although we were there in the slow season, we were able to find some wonderful restaurants serving delicious food! We were fortunate enough to see many Ospreys that had recently returned to the area to breed. We were amazed at how pristine everyone’s property was and how well maintained their homes were!

    Barnstable is on the bay side of the Cape and is almost midway down the Cape so perfect for day trips to the rest of the Cape or Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. There is also a whale watch trip right at Millway harbor nearby. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby.
