It was beautiful and comfortable and room was a good size. We didn’t get to stay long enough to try anything out. But plan to come back again for sure. We booked a king bed and upon check in was told only had queen but they did discount us $20 which was fair enough. Tried to stay the next night last minute and the prices were outrageous all the sudden. Book in advance beautiful property

The location right off the freeway was ideal for my road trip! It was in a quiet area and had plenty of space for me to walk my dog. The manager , E. K., was extremely helpful and courteous ! He advised me that my rate from Booking.com was higher than the Best Western website. This was great info as it enabled me to change my bookings for future stops here and save some real money🤩 E.K. assisted me in getting my luggage to the room and gave a treat to my little doggo. I will be staying several more times this summer and really appreciated the outstanding customer service that E.K. provided!

Comfortable beds, nice view, loved the dog park and grassy areas, the parking was convenient (why a separate charge?), the hiking trail behind the hotel. Nice bakery selection for breakfast, even though it is carb-loaded but also offered eggs, yogurt and an apple. Even had a pancake maker.

This is a hidden gem. Price was great for the area. Staff (Alfonso) was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. The property was very quiet. The room was fantastic. Everything was redone. New carpet, countertops, shower, A/C. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were amazing (seriously). Water pressure was good and water was nice and hot. The towels were thick, soft, and fluffy. The A/C worked great and fast, and there was a large screen TV on the wall (big for the room). Everything was extremely clean in the room too. I can't say enough how impressed I was with this little place. Was it the ritz... no, but for the money and customer service, I can't recommend this motel enough!!

Flagstaff is beautiful but the hotels are overpriced with little to no accommodations. Most if the oools at hotels are advertised but when you get to the hotel they are empty ( no water). The staff at the hotels are rude and think they are in Beverly Hills. Much better places to go than this one horse town

A KOOL city and downtown so much fun - the older buildings with their architectural structures are just amazing. The trains that run through town are interesting to watch. The pine trees everywhere are such a beautiful site, and the smell is incredible. If you have never visited Flagstaff, it is well worth the trip and if you have been before keep going back.

This property is a diamond in the rough!

This property is a diamond in the rough! When the renovation is completed, it will be even better. The check-in lobby is kind of make shift, but the staff is friendly and helpful and seemed to take it all in stride. Our room was really nice, very near the indoor pool/spa, and had a small patio area as well. Even though the property is very close to the I-40, we never heard any traffic noise. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and adequate. The restaurant on the property is a real asset. We chose to eat dinner there, and I'm glad we did. Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind and efficient. Highly recommend. Access to/from I-40 is very easy. 2 nearby gas stations and easy access to great food. All "pluses" in my book. We would definitely stay here again.

The Drury Inn is the best place if you like getting pampered. We had a suite. It was like a living room with a bedroom attached. It had a balcony. It is a big difference from other motel/hotels. To me if I am traveling and there's a Drury Inn, I will stay there.

Flagstaff is a beautiful gateway city to many attractions as well as being a pleasant university town. We were there for a family wedding so we mainly stayed in the hotel for meals. However Sedona and the Grand Canyon and picturesque desert formations are wonderful things to do, fairly close by.

We had an amazing night of sleep. Even when it is a basic accommodation, it felt like a hotel with a coffee machine, lots of towels and toiletries. Very clean and not noisy at all (either from guests or the road). Very easy access from downtown/the Amtrak station. The family managing it are super kind as well! We will be back if we ever pass through Flagstaff again.
