The room and the bathroom were spacious, and there were additional kitchenette type supplies, like wine glasses, plates etcetera, to go along with the mini fridge, plus there was a comfortable sitting area. Everything was new and clean!

The owner was very accommodating. Answered all my questions promptly. I was given a code for the door and all security information, as well as shopping and local information of interest. I was visiting my brother and family and, after arriving in the area, decided to stay at his home rather than at this property. I advised the owner and thanked him for his understanding. He was most kind and encouraged me to use the property if I chose to do so. This was an excellent experience, and just judging by the interaction I had with the owner, I am quite sure if I had used the property, I would have been most satisfied.

Perfect in the middle of nowhere where I had to be at the time. Daughter was so kind in the morning after and offered us coffee. The place was full of character. If I ever happen to be up that way again I'd love to stay if one of their 2 rooms are available.

Super comfy cozy and clean! Summer stay, but would be perfect if you ski Sunday River in the winter! Close to nice restaurants and close to in town Bethel! There’s no “facilities” per say it’s more just a stay and find stuff to do outside the property!
