Bad experience -we booked 2 queen beds and were told by the attendant that they received from you a reservation for 1 queen only!!! Entered room to find a single DOUBLE bed Then told first come first serve even after speaking to the hotel mid afternoon and notifying them of our late check in Ice cold showers this morning. The only good thing was the close location to the airport.
The only good thing was the close location to the airport. We were told on the booking there was an airport shuttle - there WASN'T! We had to hire an Uber and pay an extra $54.00 to get the 7 miles to the airport. The room was dirty, walls were cracked and peeling, shower dripping, ceiling above the shower was damaged and sagging - we wondered if it was going to collapse. Lights did not turn on, we were very reluctant to put our bare feet on the carpet. We WILL NOT stay there again - EVER!

Arlington is a beautiful city with beautiful architecture and beautiful restaurants with diverse food options. The City is very safe, the people there are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us. Its proximity to Washington DC, Pentagon City and even Maryland is a big plus.

We traveled in mid October over Minnesota’s MEA. It was beautiful. The weather was gorgeous and the leaves were changing. Arlington has everything you need and is a very short drive to Washington DC. Hotel Pentagon, which was not a 4 or 5-star hotel as the rooms were large, but dated and could use some remodeling, however, the service staff was wonderful and attentive, the beds were comfortable, we had a fridge and microwave in the room, and the water was hot enough for a comfortable shower. They also offered a hot breakfast that was satisfying for those wanting a meal, and it was located right off the Rt. 395 exit in Arlington DC. Very convenient!

The room is decently sized with two large double beds. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the room are both good. Good place to stay before an early flight from DCA. You can also store your luggage after check out if you want to explore the neighbourhood, such as visiting the Pentagon and the Arlington National Cemetery. There are limited restaurants nearby, but there are good selections if you are using the delivery service.
