I think the most disappointing thing about tourist cities is that they take full advantage of visitors. They also need to clean up the homeless people. Even though Paula deen's restaurant is extremely high I think it is still the best value for restaurants.

Loved the museums, hop on hop off trolley was very informative, the squares were wonderful and the statues. Refreshing to see a town that treasures it's history and doesn't try to dismantle it.. go to Clarys, but avoid the well known names. Best restaurant was small Mexican place. Regretfully didn't make note of name. The free DOT bus was great for getting to waterfront area

Savannah is a great place to visit.
Savannah is a great place to visit. It has historic charm along with friendly people. There are restaurants and shops wherever you decide to stay. We especially like the Riverboat cruise, we have been before but wanted to take our 90-year-old Mom. She truly enjoyed it. We have been on the tour trolly, we love to hear what made Savannah. We also come to be with family.
The area was congested with heavy traffic due to the holiday weekend, but check in was extremely fast and easy. The staff, Roosevelt, Tishia and Ikeria made me and my family feel like we were priority which is why this is my go to area whenever i come to Savannah. The room was great and fit my whole family comfortably. The location was excellent! The markets and downtown were mere steps behind the hotel and river street steps in front of the hotel.
Overall the room was cheap, clean and updated. There was a desk and chair available. Hotel was conveniently located to a drug store, fast food places and a major highway (5 miles) that leads directly into downtown Savannah. The wifi worked well. On this trip, me and my fellow travelers were gone for must of the stay and only used the room to crash and sleep at night.
The breakfast had no milk for the cereal 2 mornings out of 3. Went down at time stated for breakfast, lady just starting the oatmeal so it was no where near ready. It was a shame because they had many great toppings for the oatmeal. Manager stated delivery trucks not coming for many Savannah area hotels/restaurants. I say go to Kroger and pick up some milk.
Beautiful hotel, situated perfectly in the city, in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks away from the busy historic downtown area. All the staff were exceptional, including housekeeping, valet, and desk staff. Everyone was quick to greet us, grab a door, or offer help. Room was spotless. Beds were perfect and very comfortable. Rooms are practically soundproof.
The breakfast was top. Everything was clean and pleasant, just perfect. However, the price is also correspondingly high. We were lucky and got a special offer, but otherwise it is not so cheap. But the hotel is worth it.
Very close to Savannah's historic district, which is wonderful to explore on foot from the hotel.
Parking was great at the hotel, although a little expensive. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice and clean, but due to COVID, we had to ask for service and be explicit as to what we needed. You only got what you asked them to do. Overall, it was a good experience and convenient to downtown Savannah.
We had a fabulous stay over. Nino’s hospitality is truly unique and memorable. The room was great, shower great, location so near to the historic district, everything in a walking range… and the breakfast in the morning… simply fantastic! When we’re back in Savannah we would book again and again in a heartbeat
You get what you pay for.
Not the best hotel but definitely a decent hotel for the price during peak season.
It's around 15 min from Savannah historic district. So not a lot of restaurant options around if you don't want to drive.
The staff were friendly specially the old couple trying to clean the rooms.
Friendly staff, free parking and close to public transport. The bus from downtown back to the hotel however was very unreliable but free during St. Patrick’s weekend. The last bus left around 8pm so if you wanted to stay longer in downtown I’d take a ride share or something.
Overall the hotel was awesome, it was perfect for my friend and me and it was only an 8-minute drive from downtown Savannah so that was amazing. All of the staff was amazing and nice. It's also right next to a Food Lion so we were able to get anything that was needed there.
The location from this hotel to and from Tybee as well as downtown Savannah was great. The staff was friendly. Easy to check in and out. It was quiet and we did not hear any neighbors next to us or anything in the hallways so that was nice.
Great boutique hotel in wonderful location in downtown Savannah. I enjoyed having the onsite restaurant and also being able to walk to dining options downtown. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean!
Really spacious room, great value, and super close to Downtown Savannah and Historic District. It wasn't even a room - it was a suite with a separate room, a living room, and a small kicthenette area.
We ate at Atrium bar food was good. We ate out mostly to experience Savannah downtown. The hop on hop off trolley stop 9 is 2 blocks from hotel very good value
