Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

It's just cheap hotels surroundings the airport. Nothing to do or see as far as I can tell but I was only there for a stopover. Hanoi is a brilliant city and I love and recommend it but the area around the airport isn't much. Like anywhere, it's just set up for the airport which makes sense. Maybe there's more to see and do in a slightly bigger radius of the area, I didn't go far.

Chio hotel pick up service so very convenient which was a 10 minute driver and the driver waiting for you at the lobby out side with my name card, perfectly doable. Free wifi at the Chio hotel can look up your route. The hotelroom had 2ways airconditioning (Hot and cold). We could see everything was cleaned. They have everything I need in room. The breakfast simple but enought.
