The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location—right in the heart of the town center, close to most restaurants and directly across from Sun World Green Island. It was convenient and made exploring the area easy. The hotel offers free breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with a simple choice between bread and noodles. Our initial room had an issue with the air conditioner—it wouldn't turn on. Although staff attempted to fix it, they eventually moved us to a neighboring room. The bathroom in the new room had a broken light, but it was repaired promptly after we reported it. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the beds were comfortable. Basic toiletries were supplied, including shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes. The room was also equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a mini fridge, a hat stand, a kettle, and a hair dryer. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Despite a few hiccups, the value for money was great. We’d recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Cat Ba Island who are looking for convenience and affordability.

The owner is super nice and very helpful with booking travel and tours! She gave great advice and suggestions for the area. The water pressure was good and hot. The location is good and hidden away from the sounds of the city. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was awesome!
