I just love Havasu! Lived here for a little over 5 years up until a year and a half ago and it's my favorite town in Arizona. Always will be. So much to do and much of it for very little or free if you go down to the Village area and walk along the channel. You can view the London Bridge from there, eat at a lakeside restaurant, have a cold brew and visit the many shops. You can also go across the lake to the casino for a mere $2 round trip!
It was not far from area attractions. Plus alot of different roads to get to places. Able to see alot more of Southern Arizona with different routes. A nice place to base out of, everything 90 min or less away.
I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING TO SCOTTSDALE PHEONIX ARIZONA SINCE 1988 AND IS A VERY LOVELY PLACE TO TRAVEL AND TO STAY AND HAVE ALSO BEEN TO PHEONIX ZOO EVERY TIME I HAVE TRAVELLED TO PHEONIX
First time in Tempe and it was so good I had to go back again and will pretty soon do my third trip over there the Arizona mills mall is amazing !!!! And the zoo the people the atmosphere is great oh and tempe marketplace I can be there all day !!and people are super nice !
Phoenix Arizona is a very beautiful place to visit alot of places to be see. Getting around is very easy.I didn’t do much cause I was busy I went for a business trip for a day
It's a tourist town by the Grand Canyon. But there's often some activity going on downtown (car show this weekend) and there are several yummy places to eat. Weather is very nice here and go to Bearizona as well! Lots of hiking areas too
Beautiful if u love the outdoors. Lake Powell is clean. Antelope canyon is amazing and only a 20 min drive from lake Powell as well as horseshoe bend also amazing and easy to get to. Monument valley is only a 2 hour drive away. I could have stayed about a day longer to spend more time at the hotel. But I got to see all the sights that I wanted! Not a lot of options for dining out. They have familiar places like Denny’s, mcds, subway...we wanted something a little different. There is a Safeway with a deli. Reception is in an out through Arizona and Utah. Annoying if u want to post on IG or check ur email.
I'm one of the original Arizona natives my family came here in 1825. Arizona has the best mild Winters. Summers are hot but it's a dry heat. We have the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, meteor crater. The best people in the world live in Arizona. You can drive an hour and a half north or south of Phoenix and the temperature will be over 30 degrees cooler. It's a beautiful must see state. My grandkids are Seventh Generation arizonans. Were not leaving😍
Flagstaff is the perfect affordable hub for a visit to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and the sites in Page, Arizona such as Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend. There are some spectacular sights right in Flagstaff such as lava flows and Indian ruins. There is a clean downtown area with tons of restaurants and route 66.
Bearizona was nice, would have liked to see more grasslands for buffalo, good but over priced food and gift shop. Red Raven restaurant downtown Williams was excellent. Train station was fun to explore. Walking downtown was relaxing.
Favorite part was the location. I went to a game at Arizona State University and it was only about six blocks away. Breakfast is priced separately from the hotel bill, but was not very high-priced and was well-made. I had a breakfast burrito. Comfortable room and spacious. There are a number of restaurants on the adjacent roads and there is a CVS right next door. If you choose it for travel, the street car has a stops in Tempe with one near the hotel. I think it is the same one that passes and has a stop for the Phoenix airport.
Great hotel with great employees and always get great service. Location to University of Arizona is the main reason we booked this hotel. Over the 4 years we’ve booked here, the Graduate has never failed us. Whereas nearby The Aloft has cancelled our bookings 3 times in the past 2 years… as in we arrived at Aloft about 5pm and they told us that they’ve oversold and have no room for us. Instead they moved our reservation 10 miles away from the university. So if you have a choice always choose The Graduate and never go to The Aloft.
We are a german american family that makes regular trips to Arizona and when we visit family up north, we stay here! It's not luxurious, but it absolutely has everything one needs. It really is a great place for a night. The service is impeccable (Ian, keep up the great work!), the location is optimal and the kids love the pool. Additionally, we enjoy the comfy beds! I can also highly recommend the restaurant across the street, next to the gas station. I will always come back here when we are passing through Flagstaff.
We did a getaway for the night. We did our own walking food tour for the area. Within in walking distance of the hotel were many resaurants, we chose to do Italian, Greek, Japanese, and a Sports grille, but there was also Thai, Mexican, and several others. The Hotel is across the street from the Fountain and there is a multiple acre park with lots to do there. We would recomend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the Arizona desert views. It is also a modest driving distance from many things in North Valley.
The location of the hotel is excellent for access to Arizona State University. The room was large, as were the bathroom, living area and kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The light rail runs right outside, and the benefit is that if you are fit and healthy, it costs only a few dollars to get from Sky Harbour to the hotel. I took a taxi, and that was $70, but after a long intercontinental flight, I just wanted to get there. Uber would have been cheaper
This was our first night in Arizona (from England). We loved it, after a long journey the view was restful, there are multiple pools so you can watch the sun set and rise from the water. If feels like the hotel has thought of everything, there's different spaces to relax in, food can be ordered almost anywhere. The staff were really friendly - gave great tips on what to do locally as we sat enjoying cocktails listening to live music. Would stay again and again.
It is a friendly and creative hotel close to the Arizona State University and at less than 1 mile from Tempe downtown, but there is a free tramway taking you there in few minutes. It is expressely oriented towards inclusion and against any discrimination of races, countries and sexual orientations. It has in the common lot fine decorations, interesting books and a fantastic swimming pool. The rooms are well equipped and artistically arranged.
Basically the hotel had a cool artsy retro kind of vibe. I actually stayed there with my mom and she was visiting Arizona and the location of this hotel was ideal as you could easily get on and get off the highway. The check-in was relatively easy the staff with a very friendly and of course all of the art throughout the property made the stay more interesting and enjoyable.
This hotel location was great. 5 minute drive to the Phoenix Zoo. Thirty minute drive to arizona game and fish expo, which happens in March . The staff were very nice. All the facilities were clean. Our room was very clean. The parking lot was very well lit and safe for vehicles to park. The free complimentary breakfast in the morning was very great and convenient.
In Tucson, there are many decent hotels at very reasonable prices, and this hotel is one of them. The facilities, services, and cleanliness were impeccable. The parking lot was excellent, providing ample shade to prevent my car from overheating in the intense Arizona heat. Additionally, having a Starbucks on the first floor truly brightened my mornings.
Deer Valley, Phoenix
Out of all the motel rooms I stayed at this past month this was bye far the nicest one I was impressed bye how clean it was and the staff was wonderful to work with they always had to to answer any questions we had all in all this hotel is must if u ever are in Phoenix Arizona thanks for letting me share my experience with you all Karen1935Smith@gmail.com
We stayed here twice on our visit to Arizona. The rooms were very spacious and clean and all the amenities that we needed. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning, which offers a variety of breakfast options, from bacon and eggs to pancakes. The location of the hotel was handy to the airport and all we wanted to do in the Phoenix area.
Indoor pool and coffee machine in the lobby 6-9 am. You can have cafe mocha, espresso, latte and etc. Staff was friendly, got some info about trails. Not many hotels have indoor pool in Arizona for our budget. It was so nice after hiking during the day and come back and go to heated pool. Location was good to go to Sedona and Cottonwood.
Our flight came in very late. Arrived after 11 pm. Staff was excellent. Greeting us like it was noon not almost midnight. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was so quiet. I enjoy my big breakfast. Wife had a great fruit cup. We live in Arizona and travel a lot. Best hotel in Phoenix near airport. Thank you!
Williams
Location and price were the key factors for us; we visited to the Grand Canyon early the next day. that said, we loved the style of the Hotel, which fitted well in this Arizona town. An experience we will never forget. We arrived late, so we were grateful for the clear instructions to get into our room, which was nice and warm.
AWESOME location!! Friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel, which was very interesting. This hotel is the home of the oldest elevator in Arizona, and her name is Doris 😊. Rooms were definitely clean and updated. Had a very nice view of the park. Ice, bottled water, and coffee available.
Page
Page, Arizona, comes with scorching heat in summer and possibly other seasons, but one thing you can be sure of is an endless array of bland chain hotels. The Red Rock Motel in the historic part of town is of a welcome kind of charm. Each unit has a private porch and mine had a swingchair to watch the sunset.
Scottsdale
Water amenities and slides...I thought it was way overpriced...$600/ night plus parking fee Should not charge for parking with all the space you have there I think this is very greedy on hotels owners to charge $600 a night in Arizona or other great brands of hotels are charging $200 a night
Great location with access to the Valley Metro. The hotel gave me passes to the metro to attend the Arizona Diamondbacks game at Chase Field. The rooms are so cute - we loved the art and decor….and the sink that was both in and out of the shower (you have to see this to understand it)
Tempe
Nice cold pool lol. The area around the pool was very nice. Lots of students due to ASU. Locating fob was no problem. Washer and dryer were really large. Location great streetcar right outside. Lots of nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The Arizona room on the 9th floor was great.
