If you enjoy wine this is a must destination! 250+ vineyards most with tasting opportunity and many with great dining! Close to Cape Town and wonderful surrounding country. To enjoy at its best a stay of 4+ nights is best.

This is a grand old house that is best described as well lived in. Needs a bit of updating. The pool needs some attention. Not at all inviting. I don’t understand why they don’t just get an expert in to give it a thorough clean without doing it themselves. The staff are wonderful.

If you want a superb fish and chips to go Genki. If you want stunning views and great coffee visit Hidden Valley Winery. The staff were exceptional in moving me into the hotel so i could work comfortably. The parking of hte hotel is a real problem. can accommodate 5 very small cars at a push and is not well signposted at all. Ask the staff to stand outside the hotel and show you how to get into the parking.
