Incredible views, host was very kind and helpful, location is a bit off the coastal roads, but not a long drive. If you're looking for something a bit more quiet, definitely give this a second look!

Anna was amazing! The view is magical and the room had very thoughtful additions. We used the workout equipment on the terrace and enjoyed sitting on the couches enjoying the view. We cooked two nights which was easy because it had a full kitchen and all the cookware. I also appreciated the parking spot! Couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful property with wonderfully kind staff! The room had an unobscured view of the ocean (see photos) and the property is extremely quiet because it is away from the road. No street or city noise whatsoever.
The friendly staff accommodated late check-in and educated us on potential sites to visit by going over a map of the local region. They also helped coordinate a private taxi on the day of our departure.
The breakfast included seasonal fruit (melon, apples, peaches, kiwi, tomatoes, cucumber), fresh pastries, honey, Nutella, yogurt, cereal, and sliced ham and salami (see photos). The dinner menu was decent and our food was delicious (grilled fish, local potatoes, salad, and baked ziti with vegetables – see photos).
The property is a ~1.8 mile hike away from the *beginning* of the Path of the Gods trail. And in the other direction, it is about 1,500 stairs down to the Fiordo di Furore.

Quiet little town just 20 minutes by car from Amalfi. Close enough to Fiordo Di Furore that you can walk from there, although it can be a thought walk depending on where you start from, especially on the way back up.

We liked the location, as we had our own transport and could drive to other areas with beaches and shopping, it was so nice to come back to Furore which is perfect authentic Amalfi Coast Italy as the location is absolutely beautiful, inspiring and relaxing. Could have stayed a little longer.

This is in a great location.
This is in a great location. It was more busy than I expected and driving around is tricky with the windy narrow roads. You will need to be brave to go out driving Olin the dark to get to restaurants at night.
The walk down the Fjord 600 steps is a great exercise for anyone

The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic.
The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic. We reached it by climbing down about 800 steps on the first day which was quite an amusing adventure.
Second day we went by bus to save our leg muscles !
The beach was so enjoyable with panoramic scenes of the bridge on top and the mountain in the back.
The water was so fresh and the beach boy provided comfortable chaise-long and drinks.
At night we had a delicious dinner at Fico D'India restaurant on top of the mountain, quire stylish with a great view of the sea during the day time.

Furore has beautiful views.
Furore has beautiful views. The location is about 400 meters above sea. There is not alot of activities so u must take the bus train or ferry. If you like more night life and activities then I would stay in one of the bigger towns like Almafi, Positano or Sorrento but if you like the peace and quiet and don't mind a little extra travel. This is good because keep in mind the bigger towns will be more expensive.

You do need a car to stay there - we did.
You do need a car to stay there - we did. Bus service not far from the hotel if you want to leave your car. Luigi helped as planning our day trips - excellent place to stay and explore the area. Will definitely recommend to stay here.
The views are amazing, the property is clean and well-cared for, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy the view, the location is quiet and only a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. The staff are very friendly, very helpful, and accommodated every request. The staff speak English well, and I would give them a perfect score 10/10. The restaurant at the top floor of the hotel is great. The food is great, there are a variety of options, and it’s not exceedingly expensive, considering it is the only option based on the location.
Amazing and kind hosts Luigi and his wife Iliana. As well as The hotel staff that made us feel at home. Luigi that served us, salvitore, lorenzo and more.
Beautiful property, stairs leading down to plenty of beach chairs to rest, a nice small pool / tub that guests csn use overlooking the sea, good restaurant at the hotel and its 3 minute walk from the amazing fiorde which is a private beach to swim in. Definately will come back one day!
Amazing breakfast included, thanks! Much love from milan and melissa
WONDERFUL uninterrupted ocean views right out of our window and from the beautiful patio on the main property — some of the best during our time traveling throughout the amalfi coast! The property owner Letizia was a wonderful host and made some great recommendations for restaurants and an incredible winery in the area. We absolutely loved everything about Furore! P.S., A car is definitely needed to get around this area comfortably, which was perfect since we were on a road trip.
Although Furore has no center as such, the hotel is very conveniently located, close to the supermarket and a bar where we had a couple beers at night. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served) are amazing, you get to see the coast and even the faraglioni. The host was very welcoming and nice, but although they are usually taken for granted, there are some rules specified in the room that he expects us to follow (use of towels and extra beds).
The location is absolutely beautiful with a view over the sea and is away from the business of the main coastal road. There is a local shuttle that takes you down to Furore or Amalfi for 3 euros which was really convenient, and the owners are wonderful! We were greeted with a glass of homemade wine which was amazing and unique, and the room was very cute. The owners even washed our clothes for us since there wasn’t a laundry service in walking distance.
The apartment is in a very nice place with a beautiful view from the terrace. Rooms were clean, towels and linen provided. Amenities in the apartment included a dishwasher and washing machine. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. There are parking spots next to the apartment, and it is rather close to Fiordo di Furore (even though to access you have to take quite steep stairs). There is a bar close by with nice cocktails.
The view was breathtakingly amazing when we woke up in the morning. The property is owned and run by a kind lady who managed to give a decent breakfast with croissants and assorted spreads with coffee, This is located in Furore and since we went in February-it was off season and we managed to squeeze into the parking. Not sure where people would park in the touristy time although the property does say Parking included.
The location is perfect, away from the crowds of the busier towns on the coast. The restaurant is one of the best in the area, the food and service was amazing. The owner was very helpful in giving us all the transport details for trips to Amalfi. There is a shuttle bus that stops at the hotel for Amalfi 3 times a day for 3 Euro. Overall, the setting, the views, the staff and the food was perfect.
The pictures do not do justice to the view. It is absolutely stunning, from every room. We considered a hotel, but you can't beat the privacy of having your own home and yard, without street noise.
Beniamino offered to drive us to restaurants nearby, and even all the way to Amalfi.
The view, the privacy, the hosts... all wonderful. We hope to return someday.
One of the best things about San Giacomo was Imberto! The most helpful and kind host, so sweet, can’t say enough about him. The property is charming and humble, tucked away in the sleepy farming town of Furore which is welcome respite from hectic Almafi and Positano. And our room had the jacuzzi bath!
The views are stunning, Furore is quiet and quaint.
The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing.
Note: Gnocchi & fried mixed fish were our favorite.
It's close to the Sita bus stop (uphill from the hotel).
The view was great.
20 minutes from Amalfi.
Quite and nice neighborhood with groceries and rental scooter nearby.
Good and very clean hotel. We loved the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff are friendly and nice. They don't really speak english, but it wasn't really ever a problem. You can understand things pretty easily and learn some italian at the same time :D For the most difficult sentences we used google translate.
Amazing view and property nestled in the mountains of Furore. Treatment by staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and the dinner is great too. Close location to great restaurants and to Amalfi Coast cities.
View is spectacular, room is big with a good-sized bathroom. Dinner at the hotel was delicious - had their own produced limoncello and white wine. Hosts are very kind and friendly. Has free private parking. Very quiet at night.
The most picturesque, stunning, unique, romantic, and gorgeous seaside hotel I’ve EVER been to. Worth every penny. The staff and breakfast is equally as exceptional. I wish all stats could be like this.
the property is fully renovated with beautiful designs and amazing sea view ( boutique hotel style).
the staff at the reception are exceptional, they make you feel home rather than a tourist.
Our room was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Our host was so kind and helped us to get to our destinations. Our main beach was just 900 steps from our hotel.
New small boutique hotel, extremely clean. Amazing view to the sea, beautiful terrace to chill and great breakfast. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
