It was new and super clean. The staffs were very friendly. Easy to walk to downtown.

The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the main bus station. It is also very close to an excellent market that offers great options for breakfast and snacks. Getting to the old town is very easy, and we really enjoyed walking around the local area.

The hotel was exactly what we needed, we really only dipped in for the night and left very early next morning, but the staff was very kind and helpful. the location was great, nice dinner options n the vicinity.

I like everything. We had the junior suite. The receptionist was very good on giving explanations ( because we parked on the wrong parking, where you cannot pay by card and entering your plate number). The stay was luxurious, comfortable, we had a quiet stay, no luggage and talking sounds on the hallway because of the double sturdy doors, and I also have not seen the cleaning lady and the cleaning cart in the morning, like in other hotels. The breakfast was divine in the restaurant with breathtaking view.

The hotel was very modern clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Having one room with three beds was great for my group.

For us it was easy to reach there becuase we went there with our car. the location is great ! good view . far from crowded and noisy places ,and the most positive point: there is a Funicular next to the hotel and by that you can easly go to the castel and old town, the guest of the hotel has discount for ticket (ask the reception for discount) the reception Mr.Bahman was very kind and helpfull :-)

this was our second year coming to this hotel, and the owners and staff are amazing, the lovely cat is always there for you at the door. we did not take breakfast because our family lives so close, and we were visiting our family, with the confort of been at this hotel.

Great location and had all the ammenities

Location, just in the heart of the city, the receptionist and others they were all fantastic, no need to organise anything, restaurants , activities… the guy on the reception gave us all perfect spots…

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at throughout my journey that started on 8/11 from Berlin, Nuremberg, Munich, and Stuttgart. The location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing.

Location right in the Altstadt is perfect. There was no on site parking available wheNin we were there. We parked overnight in a city garage only a few blocks away for 16€/night. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We booked air conditioned rooms which all worked out as per our booking. Owner of the Gasthaus was so pleasant and accomadating of children. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Heidelberg.

Perfect location, lots of restaurants, shops, points of interest in this area. The apartment was spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Angela’s apartment was fantastic-spotlessly clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, yet still quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook a few meals, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Angela was an extremely gracious and communicative host. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a location , nice large and clean room on the Main Street . It’s above the pub but u cannot hear anything . You have a fan to keep cool but the outside temperature was around 16 C overnight Beds are comfy with nice duvet , I think it very good value ! Owner has done a great job ! The room was very nice
