The hotel was at a good location. It was easy to get in touch with the staff and they were very kind and ready to help. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel where you can take a bus to the centre. Otherwise it's just a 25 minute walk to the centre so not that far anyway. There is a bar where you can order snacks and beer, especially the latter for a reasonable price.

Honestly, I don't know how service can be improved. The first person I met immediately helped me with the parking. Even though it was dead obvious, I was tired and just couldn't figure it out. Everyone else was just as helpful. Thank you all for making Heidelberg a great visit for me. Respect.
