The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Grocery stores near the apartment, and walkable distance to line U2. Very close to the amazing park Prater. We enjoyed our stay at Zoder Apartments.

Great location, clean & comfortable. The check-in system worked well. It was good to be within walking distance of the museums & sites, but great to come back to a quieter neighborhood, with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.

The apartments were overall good for a family stay. The location is a bit far from the city center (about 20–30 minutes), but the area felt very safe. Cleanliness was average to good, and every room had air conditioning which made the stay comfortable. The kitchen was nice, though some utensils were missing. Towels and bed linens were clean and white, which was a plus. There was also an elevator in the building. Parking was available but cost €39, which is quite high. The game room was a highlight and the kids really enjoyed it. On the downside, the place definitely needs some maintenance – for example, wall hooks were falling off and left in the drawers instead of being fixed. Overall, it’s a good option for families, with fair pricing for the size of the rooms and number of beds, but it could be improved with better upkeep and a more complete kitchen setup.

So much good today about this apartment! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was strong… the WiFi was good and the location was great — good options nearby and close to a ubahn station…. It’s pretty small, and the shower setup makes it so water goes all over the bathroom floor, which is a bit of a mess…. And the air conditioning is rather weak, which was tough during the 95F days…..and there wasn’t great ventilation, so the apt was very humid! we had a great time, though, and the staff was very nice! Unfortunately, someone would stand right outside the front door and smoke and make the stairway smell really smoky…..but once we got into our unit it was okay.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Its nicely build, its neat. Its one of those better ones for sure. The street in front of the hotel is fairly quiet but not all the time. The parking garage is near by and it was not the worst garage i saw. A good tip here - after u park your car make sure u keep the parking ticket with u at all times. Coz u will exit the garage walking up some very dirty stinky stairs and via a door that leads to a street. U will also go back the same way but to be able to do that u need to scan your parking ticket on the entry door . There is a scanner on the door that is easy to miss. So remember u can exit no problemo but cant enter the garage unless u scan the ticket . And about the paying system in the garage - u insert the first ticket u got at your arrival and then the second ticket u get from the hotel. Nothing else. Two tickets right after each other.

    Had a lovely short stay at these modern apartments. Information received from Christian was very helpful and check in was straight forward. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and warm. We loved the location which was within walking distance to many attractions, shops and subway. Supermarket was also at the end of the road. The Naschmarkt was only a couple of minutes away and was a good place to eat or have a drink. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these lovely apartments.

    The property is well located for Westbahnhof railway station, about 5-8 min walk and about 50 min walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Good metro connections . The building has various rental flats, I was in the attic (D3) which is a large studio flat. (double bed, round table, sofa, kitchen all in the same room) . It had basic pots and pans to cook Microwave . It was clean and light.

    Modern apartment with a balcony.The easy check in and check out. Apartment itself was very nice,clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The location is great,very quiet and peaceful.There a small  pond soraunded by modern buildings .No traffic sounds.Large park  nearby.3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station,40 minutes walk to the center.Small supermarket is around a corner. WU is just a cross a road.
