My husband and I were seeking an idyllic honeymoon destination, and we stumbled upon this hidden gem—an oasis nestled within the heart of nature! The resort staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable, and their thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. And let's not forget the delightful surprise of chocolates delivered to our room daily. One of the highlights of our experience was the opportunity to explore the resort on bikes. The Hacienda's expansive grounds include two serene lakes, providing everything you need for a relaxing getaway in nature. Our days were filled with swimming in the cenote in the crisp morning air, paddling in the tranquil lake waters in the afternoon, and cave exploration—all in a single day! Our jungle and cave tour, guided by Gonzola, was an absolute standout. Gonzola's passion and knowledge about the jungle and its diverse ecosystem were truly inspiring. As for dining, the chef at the resort's restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best. Each dinner was a culinary delight, featuring an array of rich and delicious tacos and ceviches that left our taste buds dancing with joy. One delightful aspect we appreciated was that no matter where you ventured on the property, there was always a welcoming presence of clean towels and refreshing water or coffee stations—small touches that made us feel truly pampered. We spent three unforgettable days at this haven, and every day held new adventures to explore. We never grew tired of it.

You sent your picture, car plates 20 minutes before your arrival and get a code to enter the security gate without any waiting or problem. The host is an amazing person very welcoming and please. If you do not have a car he can give you a ride from the airport to his place (very reasonable ). This is a luxury apartment, it is fully equiped. If you are planning a long or short stay this is perfect, you are within walking distance to the golf course, to the beach...it is just perfect.

Quiet beautiful neighborhood, beautiful house, spacious, friendly helpful host. Everything was very clean except the floor

The accommodations were the same as advertised: a beautiful spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, French doors leading to an immaculate pool, and a patio with an outdoor barbeque grill, table, and chairs. On the property is a cenote fishing deck with lots of tilapia to catch and grill. The resort is gated and safe. Our host, Jesus, and his wife's facilities are new, clean, and comfortable. Jesus greeted us upon arrival on Christmas Day 😃 to answer any questions and give us a tour of the accommodations. We plan to book this rental again on future return vacations. The gated community offers many options for a fee, including oceanfront restaurants, golf, and more. Access to the Caribbean beach front is free with dedicated shuttle for your convenience. The resort is centrally located, with many themed parks like Xel-ha, many cenotes like Yal-Ku, and Mayan ruins in Tulum nearby. I can’t rave enough about how pleased we are with our stay, and it was very affordable.

We loved this apartment. Everything we needed. The grounds of Tulum and able to go to all the restaurants and get day passes to hotels was really great. One day the beach was too windy and I just sat by the pool next to our apartment. It was lovely. Jesus is a wonderful host. He lives on the property. He helped us get around and dropped us off at the beach one day. Which is a free beach! No day pass needed. We will return!

Beautiful, safe condo complex with roof top pools and beach access. The condo was quiet and very comfortable. It was just a short drive to many attractions.
