The staff is very friendly and helpful(Grazie, Salvatore!!), breakfast is amazing with good options of italian cold cuts among other things. The bedrooms are new and of good taste. Supercomfy beds. It's a bit away from the city centre but there are good restaurant options used more by the locals and a supermarket nearby!

Our stay here was wonderful! Carmine was an amazing host. He contacted us before our arrival with instructions and helped us a lot with restaurants recommendations and activities. The place was super close to the train station and a 10-20 min walk to the main city attractions. Our room was beautiful and cozy. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely come back :)

    Breakfast was excellent, and generous. We loved the music from the record player, the open doors to the garden, and your wonderful waitress who came from Brazil... she couldn't have been more helpful or charming. She is such a great asset to Villa Ape Rosa. The Villa was in a pleasant and quiet area of Firenze, and getting the transport from Leopoldo in and out of City Centre was easy. But we found the walk back uphill to the Villa steep and difficult. The Villa was charming, and full of character.
