The host Alla was amazing! She met us outside the property and saved a parking space for us on the street. She lent us extra beach supplies and recommended great places to eat. We could see the sea from our room and it was only a few minutes walk to the beach.

I am very glad I booked to stay here. What a lovely spot! I was there visiting friends in the marina, and could not have stayed any closer. The check in process was very easy, I was able to get codes remotely so I could just let myself in and get on with visiting. The room itself was very clean and tidy, and felt very authentically Italian. The location is incredible as well, especially if you have a car. This is a great place to base yourself if you want to do day trips to Livorno, Viareggio, Lucca, Siena, Florence....so many places. I would absolutely stay here again!

    What a lovely host Patrizia is. We stayed during Storm Ciaran and she was so kind to us. The apartment is spotlessly clean and close to the bus stop and a supermarket. Nice location on the outskirts of Pisa. I would highly recommend a stay here.

    The communication with the owner was first class. We had our taxi to the airport cancelled a day before we was due to fly home. I contacted the owner via text asking for advice......and within an hour they had booked a taxi for us. Which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was classic Italian style and was very clean. In an excellent location overlooking the harbour and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Excellent value for the money you pay.

    An amazing experience in a wonderful location kept original as if time never passed giving an extra romantic flair. Very well equipped kitchen and barbeque make it ideal for gourmets who want to enjoy local food from hills, land and sea. Very quiet indoor and outdoor thank to a quiet side road and a mezmerising court-garden. Perfect place few steps from the sea. The hosts: a marvelous family, Giulia very attenctive and professional. We will surely be back.
