Great property in an unbeatable location! It's close to several MRT stations, with one exit literally a few steps away from the front entrance of the hotel. The property is right in the heart of Chinatown, with the famous Maxwell Hawker Centre just a few minutes' walk away. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, a traditional market right on your doorstep and a mall all just a leisurely stroll away. The room I stayed in was small but had all basic amenities covered, the bed was nice and comfy, the shower was hot and strong, the aircon was quiet and cold, and the room itself was impeccably clean! My room was also very quiet, even despite the hustle bustle outside, and there were also black-out curtains over the windows. Most wonderful of all are the staff, particularly Mary, Maica, Yani and Lily. They were friendly, helpful, proactive, and always ready to provide assistance. In fact, they got in touch with me before I even reached Singapore! Heritage Collection is now definitely my top choice for the next time I go back to Singapore!

Staff was super welcoming and gave us a nice overview of the hotel and amenities. There was a very bountiful snack and beverage area open all day. The location was excellent for accessing public transportation, local markets and sites, and finding places to eat.

The location of the hotel was really nice, 2 minutes walk from Tianglin Mall. Rooms were nice size and very clean. My favorite part of our stay was Summer Palace Restaurant. Very professional staff. Food was excellent. Everything about this place was excellent.

    Really comfortable beds. You have two pillows and storage on the side of the bed. If you're sleeping near the bed (which was my case) you even get cold at night because of the great working A/C (that's why the blanket is there). Very clean and spotless place. Exceptionally good location just a few minutes walking to Little India or Chinatown, a 10 min. walk to Arab street and a MRT just in front of the place (which it takes to gardens at the bay or airport among other places).
