Amazing value for money and a wonderful place to stay. We didn’t get dinner at the Villa (added cost) but we opted for the 3€ breakfast that was worth every penny it was a huge spread and included a coffee/tea as well. No shared kitchen or fridge but host allowed us to store our sandwiches for the next day when we asked. The villas property was massive lots of area to explorer. Direct lake access with pier to jump into the refreshing water. 100% recommend for anyone staying the night before heading to Valbonë. It is a 45 min walk up to ferry terminal but we were able to hitchhike which saved us tons of time.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is a charming little guesthouse run directly by the owners, surrounded by fruit trees — truly a beautiful place and an ideal stop either before or after visiting the Shala River or Lake Koman. The hospitality we received from Arturo was beyond excellent; he treated us wonderfully and even helped us resolve a small issue in the most generous and unconditional way. It is rare and refreshing to meet people as kind and honest as him. We also loved the special breakfast set-up they prepared for us in the middle of the fruit trees — such a beautiful experience, and the food was absolutely delicious. There is also a restaurant within walking distance, where you can have dinner or lunch, managed by another part of the family, which we also highly recommend.

An absolutely beautiful place in a breathtaking location, surrounded by stunning mountains and a serene lake. The hotel is perfectly situated with quick and easy access to the boat station, great restaurants, and local stores. There are plenty of opportunities to hike in the surrounding mountains and swim in the crystal-clear lake, making it perfect for nature lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they went above and beyond to help us, even finding a pharmacy when we weren’t feeling well. Truly exceptional service in a spectacular setting.
