the room was very comfortable and the staff was the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly helpful with finding things to do and accommodating when my wife broke her arm on the trip. They gave us additional things to make it more comfortable for her.

The location is wonderful, and it gave us a sense of calm, especially by the pool side. We took half board and the food was fantastic!! I recommend taking this option. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. We.ll surely come back here

We return to this hotel, because it's superb. The best features are the view (to the mountains) and the food. But everything was great. The stuff is very kind (and international), the location is easily get by the fantastic tram "STB". (The hotel provide a card what make the public transport free). This time we booked a junior suit, but it was better than the edelweis suit (what we booked last year).

Great thing is the hotel's focus on sustainability and also it's atmosphere. We were delighted by the room's typical decorations and designs. View of the mountains was stunning. Availability of local and healthy pieces for breakfast was amazing.
