The remote location was exceptional, having our very own lake to ourselves in the middle of the forest was just spectacular. Having an outdoor hot tub facing out to the forest itself was a luxury we thoroughly enjoyed.

We traveled from Nashville, Tennessee USA. We enjoyed our stay very much. The kangaroos and the birds were amazing. We saw them every morning and evening. Seeing the stars at night was beautiful. We wanted a feeling of being in the outback but with some amenities. That is what we got. We of course did a wine tour staying in Margaret River how could you not? They picked us up right at the cottage! The beaches were close. Great location to go to a couple of towns in both directions. Busselton, Dunsborough and Bunbury. The work that has been put into the cottage was very evident. The landscape was so nice and inviting.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. The location is great, with a minute's walk to the beach. It was also very quiet for sleeping.

A note , first, is that we did not encounter any staff. The key was waiting for us and the house organized for our stay. We liked it very much and it fit all our needs. The price was high , though , and unless one is with a relatively large family ( including children ) it ends up VERY expensive. We booked it simply because any alternative would have taken us away from where we were and would have cost us in time,

Loved the location as it was very close to a dog beach. Our Golden retriever thought it was an excellent place, big, fenced garden with plenty of shady spots, super close to the dog beach for walking, swimming and socializing with other well-behaved dogs. We thought it was pretty special too. Loved the quiet area and the amenities for our dog.
