Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The host Christelle was so lovely, she made a fire every evening and provided a lovely continental breakfast each morning. Despite the cold snap the fire in the common area and the heating in the rooms was divine. This was a beautiful stay, great for a nice countryside getaway.

We liked....the tennis courts, the op shop, pavillion, swimming pools, gaming room, rooms themselves, breakfasts, the fish and chip shop, the wildlife, the golf buggys look like fun lol, the whole place has so much potential for even more cool stuff to happen 😀 Perfect for my teens for a country experience. I felt my children were safe here..even to walk around by themselves at times. The resort was the place to be back in the day when it was first built lol I was just a kid but it was awesome. It has so much potential to be that again I hope it does boom again as more people hear about it I certainly promote it and my children and as locals to the area I guess thats good for marketing for you lol. Lovely time thankyou for having us. We will be back when I can afford it, as a single mum its hard atm thats all. Never disappointed though seeing my children happy was the goal and it was achieved ✨️ ☺️

We have been visiting the resort since the early 1980s with a young family then with friends to play golf and just to relax and you enjoy the good food. However, this will be the last time we return and I do indeed feel sad that the resort has deteriorated to a point where I would think that it is almost unsalvageable as a destination due to the rundown nature it now presents . It would almost require closure for 12 months and a full refurbishment to bring it back to life, but when it is so far from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, making it a destination again will be difficult, even if the golf course standard is raised again. But even that will require huge resources both human and financial to restore it to its original Greg Norman glory when Jason Day started to develop his wonderful golfing skills. I wish you well and I do hope that a restoration process is undertaken soon because we will be one of the first families to return. Good luck Russell

Fantastic facilities - something for everyone.

Fantastic facilities - something for everyone. Of great concern was the letter provided to us at check-in (see photo attached) suggesting we could be rewarded for giving the facility a 10 star rating. This defeats the objective of a review system and will end up disappointing future guests. This is not the type of practices I would expect from a facility like Kooralbyn☹️

The whole resort is an utter disgrace totally no maintenance has been afforded. The rooms are outdated they don't even supply shampoo and conditioner for their guests. The restaurant is a joke and the food disgraceful. There are three coffe machines in the resort and none work you can't get a coffee anywhere. The pool amenities are filthy and vile. I will never return to Kooralbyn resort the place is a total rip off.

A peaceful stay in a near new home with a very large deck offering tranquil views. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The local village is only a few minutes up the road. We were booked for just the one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Great tourism area for people as previously planned by the council to be the main place of tourism to stop human impact ruining the further sprawl. We love the potential this place has for the future 😁 Melissa Philp
