Loved the design, such a stylish property. Being able to park right in front of the room as a big bonus.
Just 164 feet from Maroochydore Beach, Beach on Sixth features a heated pool, fitness center and a spa. A private balcony with partial or full ocean views is standard in all apartments.

After hours check-in instructions very clear (pictures supplied helpful), location convenient, apartment clean and bright, reception staff helpful (albeit there were extremely reduced hours due to the New Year holiday period), close to beach and a good amount of cafes nearby (just some with restricted hours due to the public holiday period)

Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.

Cotton Tree is an excellent location for a short or long beach stay. No need to drive anywhere. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities in central street, which also has a Sunday market.
Fabulous location - just metres to the beach. Awesome artisan bakery downstairs, great breakfast cafe just up the road, and super yummy cheap and cheerful Japanese less than 100m away. Also very handy to the surf club. Our apartment had a lovely spacious living area and great balconies with lovely breezes. Super handy to have a laundry in the apartment as we were staying there for a sports carnival and had to do daily uniform washing!
A basic motel, but all we needed-very clean and freshly painted. We normally stay at apartments, but as we had to catch a flight at 7.30 didn't want to spend extra money. The bathroom tiles were dated but good basin. In the next street were a number of terrific looking restaurants. We ate at the closest-a terrific Thai. Bed comfortable and couch comfy.
Excellent location, almost opposite Maroochydore Surf Club so ideal for family with young children. Beautiful beach and patrolled daily. Cotton Tree shops were only a five minute walk away. Unit was on first floor, stair access, and had a terrace. It was well equipped and had good air flow.
Everything required for an apartment stay was available for your disposal. Netflix available. Close to beach and town. A bustop was out in front of the premises. Secure underground carpark for some apartments like ours. Didn't get to use the bbq or pool but we're clean. The pool is a decent
Perfect location. Corner apartment had great views of the East, North and West for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Pool area was lovely, so was the games room and playground for the family. In the heart of Cotton Tree dining, retail and fresh local produce.
Really beautiful view and we loved the apartment. The location is very good with shops in walking distance as well as a variety of places to eat and drink. Good security at the apartments and friendly staff. We highly recommend staying at Waves!
Location was fantastic, across the road from the beach and lots of shops / cafes within walking distance. Pool was great when it was too hot to sit on the beach. Apartment was a little dated but was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
Verve on Cotton Tree was in a great location within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.
These apartments are great. I have stayed a few times, heaps of room, always very clean. I like the no fuss approach and having to wait in line. Turn up at the car park, type a code in, get the keys and head to the room.
We wanted a cheap motel/hotel that was clean and comfortable as we were only going to sleep there. Wunpalm ticked the box and it was walking distance from where we needed to be. It had a kitchenette which was great.
Breakfast was excellent and cappuccino machine was great. Location was great near the Maroochydore bus station. New, modern hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Quiet, comfortable bed and clean.
great view, beach across the road, good aircon, nice spa and sauna, price is really good for what you get.
I dont know what else to write but its a good hotel.
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was kept very tidy and the rooms, which were small, had a great layout to make it seem larger.
A last minute booking, a small hiccup with the online booking transferring across to the hotel system was quickly resolved and the team was respectful.
