Located in Lights Pass in the South Australia region, 'In The Vines' Guest Cottage, Barossa Valley has a balcony. This is truly a gem in the Barossa valley. Josie and Andrew were very welcoming and attentive hosts. I wish we had more time to get to know them better. The accommodation was well equipped and very comfortable. There was so much attention given to details - we loved it! It was the best place to spend my birthday while sitting “in the vines” and sipping delicious wine grown just in front of your eyes. An experience to remember.

Extremely clean and tidy with an obvious pride displayed by all businesses and citizens. Nuriootpa obviously has a very well organised public persona and local council! The Barossa Foods Supermarket was sensational, easily the best organised and staffed I have ever seen. The quality of fruit and veg was 100%.
Booked for a quick overnight stay to go hot air ballooning. Enjoyed the mini golf and bowling, however as someone who doesn't drink alcohol, there wasn't really a whole lot else to look at besides wineries.
Beautiful. Very easy to get around to wineries. Fabulous wineries and very friendly staff everywhere we went. Lots of facilities available. Ate at the Vine inn pub great meals. Will definately come back.
Great place to stay for those that want to visit the many fantastic Barossa wineries. Close to everything. Large shopping centre containing supermarket stocking Barossa Fine Foods. A lot to see and do other than visit wineries. i.e. Food experiences including Maggie Beer's facility, Barossa Valley Cheese Company, Barossa Valley Chocolate Company, etc. Be aware that a lot of Tourism places are not open early in the week. They tend to concentrate on days closer to end of week and weekends. Atrip up Menglers Hill is a must for the view alone.
This particular trip to Nurioopta was a lay over both ways but we do often go to the area and were there just in Dec to attend a concert at Seppeltsfield, love the area, still lots there to experience and will be going back over and over, an other concert in March and a trip over there inn July, great region
Nice town with good takeaways, pub and shops. Less busy than Tanunda, which we liked. Lots of birds and lovely creek walks. Fabulous steak sandwich at the chicken shop and fabulous breakfast at beanolicious.
