It is interesting to see both the open ocean and inside Port Phillip heads, both geographically and historically. The Lighthouse is well kept and safe to explore. Nice quiet location which can be used as a base for Queenscliff and further along the Great Ocean Road. This unit was perfect for a stay of up to a week because one can self-cater, park safely, and also be quiet and peaceful.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

A lovely town, with good cafes and and IGA, all very close to the Pt Lonsdale Guesthouse. The town seems like a very lovely community. Having ridden the Bellarine Rail Trail from Geelong, we cycled along the beach on the hard sand and jumped in the water before heading to the guesthouse - a dip in the morning before we left too. I loved walking to the lighthouse and along the beach until the end of the concrete path (a good 1.5 hours). I saw dolphins on one of my walks. Point Lonsdale is a lovely, small, quiet town that provides & uncrowded break from the city & other. Hectic coastal towns.Guest review byAnonymousAustralia
