United StatesBreakfast wasn't part of the deal. We loved the space, the beds, the kitchen, the bathrooms; but, especially the view. The view is incredible. It's worth the entire fee. The place was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
The "living room" was comfortable.

We are really disappointed with our stay at 13th Apostles...
We are really disappointed with our stay at 13th Apostles Accommodation. We want to get our money back as we have to sleep in the car and can’t sleep in the room. How can you run a business but doesn’t care about your guests. It’s very dangerous if we can’t sleep and have to drive the next day. Princetown doesn't have any eating places.
Princetown doesn't have any eating places. You will have to go to Port Campbell for most things. And everything gets dark by 5 if you go there in the winter. So people may find it a little cumbersome to drive in the dark cold winter night all the way to Port Campbell for dinner. We loved it though! Princetown is very convenient for both Great Ocean Walk and 12 Apostles visitors for refreshments and accommodation. However, it also offers a lot to longer stay visitors as it is in beautiful nature near the river (for fishing eels) and beach. I would visit and stay again.Guest review byLenkaAustralia

There was no noise other than the nearby ocean. The space is nicely furnished and very spacious, with well-equipped facilities. There is plenty of storage space too, and a huge TV. And there is a huge farm land where our pup loves it! Time seems to slow down for us there. No wonder it stated as a country retreat. And we love the host couple there Eric and May, their service from check in to sending us farewell was impeccable. our pup was so unwilling to the property even after 3days.
