Great service, clear instructions for parking were sent before my stay. Receptionist was very helpful getting me into the car park and then up to reception. Room was very comfortable and clean and this was an ideal location for my needs.

Location was close to everything we needed. Room was comfy. Staff were very friendly. Meals were excellent would highly recommend dinning here for any reason. The hotel had a great feel to it, very friendly and inviting. Manager had great knowledge of the history attached to the building. The locals made us feel welcome as well.

I stayed there closer to grandchildren due to my husband being sick and can’t walk up stairs.the appartment was great everyone was extremely polite and helpful. It’s was comfortable , very clean Easy to park downstairs and lifts which was criteria for staying . We will stay again suited us about from the no hot breakfast which for us would have been the icing on the cake for the experience .

Travelled from the Darling Downs to catch up with friends at Springfield. Perfect location for this purpose. Accommodation is close to takeaway/restaurants/a pub/liquor market/walking tracks. Easy to access from the highway. Great sized, quiet room.

It was very easy to get around the area. The Orion shopping centre was within walking distance from unit. We liked how it was set out & had a huge range of shops. The food at Puckles Family bakery was excellent. The area is very quiet.

The closet hotel to Springfield Lakes, close to motorway and walking distance from restaurants and Macdonalds...supermarket IGA is also walking distance and the Orion shopping mall is a couple of minutes away by car...the hotel has their own restaurant, pool, gym, laundry...we were there for a family function which was across the road from the hotel, very handy, recommended to all those wishing to have a quiet getaway..❤️❤️BrynetteAustralia
