Showers tall and good pressure. Bathroom was comfortable for taller people. Staff were great

I like the cooking option and the kitchen

Good location and very friendly staff, property so clean, I like it and recommend to every one traveling to Canberra.

The room was clean and nice for me.

We liked everything about our stay at the hotel, specially that we were upgraded to an apartment, thank you management! The rooms and bathrooms were very well appointed, breakfast and coffee excellent and we appreciated having an undercover carpark. A separate entry to our apartment and another room that our family members were staying in, had a door separating them from the main corridor, so you could not hear any other guests walking, etc. was really great.

Room is big, bed is comfy, have bath tub, easy to park, staff are nice

I'd liked Sauna, pool and everything actually. I recommend highly!

Good location. Nice facilities and Service.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was beautiful and very comfortable beds. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary. Pool, sauna and gym facilities were a great touch. Parking was made easy with a super convenient location. One of the best stays I have had, will definitely be going back.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel

Amazing atmosphere, super comfy bed, and awesome facilities and staff

Location, parking, Bar & Coffee.

Walking distance to many restaurants. Fantastic buffet breakfast and super comfy beds.

Beautiful property, great room, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Easy access to all attractions.

Clean, quiet, lake view, friendly and professional staff, close to bus interchange, close to Woolworths Metro.

The hotel made a strong first impression. The lobby was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately created a sense of professionalism and care. One detail that stood out was the scent in the lobby—it smelled fresh and pleasant, which made the entire space feel welcoming and comfortable. Small details like this make a difference because they set the tone for the stay the moment you walk in. Overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the lobby left a very positive impression.

Unique, interesting, historical destination hotel in great shape! Onsite free parking. Initial room had temp control issue but staff quickly and satisfactorilly placed us in an alternate room.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay. Location was central to dining. the value was exceptional.

Staff at Reception were very pleasant, patient, informative and professional. Appreciated that the air conditioning was switched on in our room for our arrival as it was a 41 degree day. Convenience of The Tradies Club adjacent to the accommodation for all our meals. Great location in the heart of Dickson with supermarkets, restaurants and light rail all within walking distance.

A great quiet, safe location. Easy access to dining options and attractions.

We loved the japanese-stylish hotel. Simple but super modern interior design in a very luxurious way! Bed was fantastic, the room was very clean and the facilities top dollar! We still don't understand how much value for money we got with this 3 night stay - on top of our amazing room the facilities such as business room, library with good coffee and tea and the free parking and amazing breakfast was also included in our deal :)

Facilities, friendly staff, atmosphere and modern/grand feels

Loved the quiet surroundings, and the trees and gardens. Room and bed were great, and I loved that the windows were openable. Also appreciated that the room didn't smell of highly scented cleaning products!
