Super nice accommodation in the middle of Phillip Island. We were so happy staying here. It was very close to the Penguin Parade, Churchill Island, and the Koala Conservation Centre. The alpacas were right behind our kitchen and were super cute. Thanks, and we would love to come back sometime.

Fantastic location with uninterrupted views. Best house I've stayed in at the Island and I've stayed at many. I definitely want to come back in the warmer months. Lovely ambience and homely feel and everything was provided for a comfortable weekend away. Loved this place!

Location was great, just a stroll to the dog friendly beach which was lovely. House is well equipped, beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, especially as your fur babies are welcome. Fully fenced with a nice small garden to the front and furnished deck to the back. Wood burner was lovely for cosy evenings relaxing with a glass of wine! Will definitely re book for another break.

    We loved that it was so close to the beach! It was also not as busy as other parts of the Island so was very quiet and relaxing with amazing views! Also only 10mins from the track and go karting was so much fun!

    Lovely quiet part of Phillip Island but short travel time to all the attractions we visited. Very much recommend visiting the wildlife park in Cowes and Churchill Island. Markets on everywhere we went. Delightful short term stay, we all loved our time there.

    Bernadette, our host, was amazing!

    Bernadette, our host, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful. As a local, she was able to highlight and recommend best places to visit and eat/drink. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room had what seemed like a new bathroom, with a spa that was truly fabulous! It was spacious and clean. Property was to everything, literally next door to the penguin parade, however surprisingly wasn't impacted by any traffic and 10 min max, drive to Cowes. Internet downstairs was a little slow, however worked perfectly upstairs in lounge and dining area. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious continental style and Bernadette endured it was laid out fresh each morning when we arrived. Loved my stay! Would definitely recommend

    Been going down the island all my life Ventnor is quite serene and peaceful side of the island the Bayview Cottage made us feel so at home. The wild food farm at Rhyll was amazing so too was the Winery all these years going to the island didn’t know where there. Great food great atmosphere loved the whole weekend Thank you 🙏

    It was a fabulous one night stay. Everything was perfect. The barn house was huge and comfortable. Love that the beds comes with heater, full kitchen with dishwasher (though we didnt use it), a washer & dryer and outdoor BBQ. There were scissors and chopsticks which were really handy too! We had hours of amazing fun with the Pool table. Location was central to Penguin parade and coles. Kids were thrilled that the ducks came to visit us at the porch. Would love to stay again! Thanks Bob for making the check in arrangements!

    The room was great, clean, modern facilities etc. The wi-fi was non-existent. The smoke alarm went off twice for no reason. Be aware that you are close to the GP circuit and can hear the engines revving constantly during the daytime.

    Bernie was a lovely host. She shared a lot of helpful information about the area, such as dinner options and where to visit the following day. We had a great time on the island thanks to Bernie. The room was spacious and clean, and equipped with a powerful air conditioner and a huge bathtub. We had a comfortable night even though it was a cold day as November. The hotel was just 2 mins away from the Penguin Parade but also close enough to the town of Cowe.

    This was a wonderful place for our family holiday. It was spacious enough for seven guests. We enjoyed the tranquility of Ventnor which was only a short drive into Cowes and other sights of Philip Island. We'd certainly stay here again.
