Convenient and undercover parking

We absolutely loved our apartment, it was the perfect size for our family. The beds were comfy,the aircon was cold. Having a washing machine & dryer made my life so much easier. The grounds were also beautiful.

I just loved it and if only the rooms were renovated.

We had a medical emergency and the staff was very considerate and helped us with over the counter medicine! Nothing matches human touch!

The apartment was spotless and situated in an excellent location. The remote access carpark added convenience, and Carolyn was punctual and accommodating during my check in.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—there was a coffee machine, elegant cups, and wine glasses. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The rooms are also soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. Although we didn’t use the pool or try the breakfast, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Personal was extrimly helpful and frendly. It was a pleasant surprise that they had upgraded my room class. Clean rooms, good cleaning.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. The accommodation was luxurious with everything you could want included. The towels were so thick and fluffy.

The staff was very helpful and understanding, looking to our every need as needed. We had to shift rooms for our needs and they helped out really well.

Extremely good location, helpful and lovely staff, clean room, spacious common area, and complementay capsule coffee. At this price I would say it's unbeaten among other hotels in Cairns. One thing is that the rooms aren't quite noise-proof. So if your sleep is shallow, there is a chance that people coming back late could wake you up with their heavy steps.
