This exceptionally comfortable property is a dedicated B&B with multiple rooms. The very pleasant and helpful hosts live upstairs. The rooms are large and comfortable. They are fully equipped including a mini-fridge. The breakfast is exceptional with homemade yoghurt, fresh fruit, breads, cereal, and boiled eggs. We enjoyed it so much we returned for a second night.

Located in Northam, Duke's Inn features a tapas restaurant, 2 bars, a wine garden and alfresco dining. The staff were very friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the accomodation was nice and clean.
Fairway Manor Accomodation is just 5 minutes’ drive from Northam Town Center. This peaceful accommodations offers picturesque views of the Northam town site and surrounding hills. It was clean and comfortable. It was situated on the hills with stunning views! We had such a relaxing time with our 2 kids.
Daisy Cottage offers self-contained accommodations just 14 minutes' drive from the historic town of Northam and 23 minutes' drive from Toodyay. Free private parking is available on site. Beautiful heritage property with very welcoming hosts. We were taken on a tour of the property and learnt about its interesting history and met the friendly resident horses. Dempster Cottage was very comfortable and cosy and has a spectacular view of the rolling hills. Cant wait to go back to try some mounted archery!

The bed was comfy, the owners was really helpful they showed us around the farm and helped my children’s to feed the animals. The only thing I don’t like was no phone signal around the area . We have to go outside or drive to the city so we can used our mobile because no phone signal or internet signal. I read there is only satellite for telastra users and ours is not telastra . That’s was the only problem was hard to communicate through the mobile
Well everything was puuurfect including little kitty, great host with a sense of humor lovely breakfast, comfortable room, great size private ensuite, lovely fire in the main area which was very welcoming from the cold, lots of birds fluttering around very relaxing, if your going to York it is well worth the stay
The quality of the hotel was a high standard and would highly recommend this hotel, we feel privileged to have stayed at this amazing hotel, the proprietors are lovely welcoming people who give that personal touch and the food is delightful, especially eaten on the veranda looking over the extensive gardens 👍🌸😊
Very friendly happy and welcoming staff. They couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Room was very clean and cosy. Loved my stay! I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend York's Boutique Hotel. Thanks Kerry and Dave for a lovely experience!
Really comfy and had everything that we needed. Kerrie who greeted us was so attentive and friendly! Very reasonable price. York itself is gorgeous and we had the best meal at Settlers just down from our room.
Everything we needed for a weekend in York. Room was large (comfortably accommodated 2 adults + 3yo and 15month old) and clean. Great location right in the centre of town.
We loved everything! We would visit York and Spooky Hall Motel again and recommend this sort of accommodation to everyone.

York is simply beautiful
Everything was perfect for a quite get away with the family. My five year old loved feeding the animals and going to see them.
