The property is beautiful. I wish we saw it during a sunny day.

Great staff, took lots of time to help you get oriented. The spa area is really nice. The room was very comfortable and the building is beautiful. It’s a little outside the city center, but with an easy tram connection and convenient to the train station.

Owner is very kind, helpful and provided good information to move around the city. The hotel in general is very well maintained, clean, well equiped. The breakfast is complete and fresh. The room is amazing!!!

I didn’t eat breakfast there

Friendly and helpful staff; quiet; close to train station.

Close to train station and trams that take you everywhere

The hotel was amazing! Staff was very attentive, the rooms were super modern, clean and with a great space for a couple (the facilities were very nice). I could also bring my dog and he felt safe & sound there. The breakfast was super diverse and also delicious! Easy to commute to the city center of Ghent as well - truly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful. The bed and shower were both very comfortable. We also enjoyed having drinks by the river in the evening.

Clean, beautiful site, peaceful spot outside the city. There’s no reception so you use a key entry for the building and room. Management was responsive via text.

Cleanliness, spacious room, friendly and supportive staff

I genuinely enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms truly stood out. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh and comfortable every day. You can tell that great care is taken in ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout the property.

The staff were amazing with looking out for me. Recommended an awesome beer at dinner. The room itself was spic'n'span and comfortable in every way, only the exterior is not "brand new". I absolutely will stay here again, without hesitation. I consider it a great value. The on-site restaurant isn't a "compromise out of convenience" or anything - no, it's actually a good place to eat!! Internet was better than most, that made my life easier.

Very helpful, dedicated and nice Team! Good location and tasteful food. Room comfortable.

Stuff at the reception was super nice. She talk with cute smile, I requested something extra because we have a baby. She contacted to other staff immediately, explain well and give us a wonderful care.

Location, peacefulness, hosts, breakfast

Great staff. Good price. Excellent breakfast!

This is my third time staying at this hotel for a business trip. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is quite adequate. It's definitely a hotel you can stay at with peace of mind. It has its own parking lot.

With one word, breakfast was awesome. Good quality food with organized place.

Comfortable room, excellent bed & bed linens, rainfall shower.

The room was very clean. We didn't get to appreciate the garden as we were out sight seeing mostly but it looked lovely. Good position for train station access. A special mention to Marie who is a great asset to the business. She also provided a lovely breakfast and was good chat too.

A spacious room, comfortable beds, new, quiet, 15 minutes walking to the center. There is a good value parking garage only a few minutes away from the hotel.
