Great hostel, perfect location to the highway, and all the hikes that surround the facility. Staff was great & welcoming, and kept fires going. This facility has lots to offer but it was crowded with families with kids - and the pool and hot tub area was so full there were no towels available and piles of used towels everywhere . It would be nice to visit in the summer or Fall to use the trails and other amenities as well . Love the area, hotel and Nordic Spa. The pathways for walking are terrific. It’s not inexpensive so be prepared. Booking the Nordic Spa is difficult and for the amount one spends at the hotel, some spots should be kept open for hotel guests or purchased by the hotel for their guests to buy.Guest review byTraceyCanada

The kids pool was also excellent ....and well used! The foyer has a lot of games that were used by a lot of families and it is a great spot to sit in front of a lovely fire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The activities for New Year's Eve were also great fun.
