Absolutely loved staying with Meg. Being able to spend the night in Peggy’s Cove allowed us to wake up early and catch the lighthouse without the crowds for sunrise.

The family-run Clifty Cove Motel is located in the fishing village of Indian Harbor, just 1.9 mi from the Peggy’s Cove. All the rooms are ocean front overlooking St. Margaret’s Bay.

Location cannot be any better - 4 minute drive to Peggy’s cove, the Swiss Air memorial is even closer and a restaurant called Shaw’s Landing is nearby and has THE best chowder we’ve ever had ! Clean, reasonably priced, spacious rooms and RIGHT at ocean’s edge. The building is a retro look motel , with updated amenities. This is our 2nd summer in a row as guests-we’ll definitely go back

Received a complimentary room upgrade when we checked which was a lovely surprise. The room was excellent, very comfortable bed and lots of space. We had a jacuzzi in our room which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bachelor apartment was meticulously clean. Precious was kind and very helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet area, yet close to everything. I would highly recommend it.
