The hotel was clean, served a decent breakfast, and the location was absolutely amazing and the views were brilliant. Not far from the center just a 30-45mins walk and bus stop is also nearby. Best Value hotel.

Great experience: very comfortable bed, very friendly crew, coffee and tea for free in the lobby + a fridge with stuff to buy with very good prices. All amenities easily accessible. Great location, especially if you don’t feel like starting in the center - it’s right by the Monte Bré. Nice big balcony. Great breakfast!

Such a nice place! Walkable distance to the city center and placed in a quiet neighborhood. The view was also very good. A very clean and comfortable place. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We stayed for one night and had a positive experience overall. The highlight was definitely the staff. They were very friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. They were attentive not only to me but to all guests, and I appreciated their ability to assist in multiple languages (English, Italian, German, and French). It really made the atmosphere welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.

We love the very spacious room and also the view of the room to the pool/city/lake/mountains. The outdoor pool is so good, and the wellness centre is perfect! The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Villa Sassa really giving you that holiday vibe!

We had an unexpected issue during our stay, and the staff handled it amazingly and went above and beyond to make it right. We truly appreciated their kindness and the thoughtful compensation. The pool at 8 PM was the perfect touch! 😍 Definitely recommend, and I’ll 100% stay here again next time I’m in Lugano! ❤️

All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Spacious and very comfortable room, very clean as well, and excellent breakfast. And what could I say about the view? What a view! The combination with the lake surrounded by the mountains is surreal. We will definitely go back soon.

A dated cozy elegance that was quite inviting to us. We had a lovely view of the garden from our balcony. Breakfast was good, location was just a few minutes from the sights. I would definitely stay here again. The bus transit hub is directly across the street, making it easy to access. Our room was large and comfortable. Lugano is a wonderful place to visit.
