Very cool chalet, everything is clean, there are all the amenities, there is a bus stop nearby, only in the evening the bus goes only until about 8 pm, if you miss the bus, you need to walk about one and a half kilometers to the hotel from another train stop. Very quiet place, a very cool view opens from the hotel. From there it is very convenient to get to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald and other places. If I am in Switzerland, I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend it.

The size was perfect for the three of us, beautiful, charming location, bust stop right outside, great host, quickly responds...cute touch of a sweetie bowl for our son, very clean...lovely to have a washing Machine and dryer..coffee machine etc.

I was worried about the stay due to the negative reviews . The Interlaken west train station about 10 mins walk away. Surrounding with lots of eatery . Breakfast was alright for us . Room was cozy and enough space for our 3 luggage. The shower jet was strong .

Location excellent, right in the heart of interlaken. AC as standard Bath and shower Daily cleaning and water top up Breakfast had loads of options,hot egg and bacon, pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, toast, croissants, fruit salad, salad, granola, miso soho, even doughnuts. Reception staff sorted everything from adapter, to cutlery, umbrella hire, bottle openers. Sockets by bed side Baby change toilets available after check out
